Mikey Ryan is the best trainer I’ve worked with. He has practically transformed my DNA in the last two years, making me stronger than I would have ever imagined. His understanding of the human body and recovery is amazing and he always gets to the root of any training-related injuries, finding effective workarounds. His workout programming and progressions are brilliant. I hope to keep working with him for as long as he is in the business. Simply put, Mikey is fantastic and I highly recommend him! I have worked with him twice per week for more than two years and he was instrumental in helping me recover from ACL surgery and get back on the golf course. Mikey continues to create bespoke sessions that challenge me, make me stronger, more toned and improve my stability, which has helped me lose more than 10kg and shave numerous strokes off my handicap. He is very flexible in working around my schedule and an absolute to joy to work with (and laugh with) and I look forward to our sessions every week!

Mikey was a great help to both myself and my husband in the lead up to the wedding- both in person and over zoom. In 6 months, I lost 10kg (way more than I thought I would!) And dropped a dress size. I also gained considerable strength and could notice the difference in what I was able to do every week. Mikey makes every session different so we never got bored along the way. He explains every exercise clearly and if it is not working, or you have an injury, Mikey is quickly able to substitute to a more suitable exercise. I would recommend Mikey to anyone looking to lose weight or gain strength!
