Fantastic fitness coach. A motivator who pushes you but always in line with your shared, agreed upon goals. I've been trained by Mike since January 19 and feel more prepared for life in general. The sessions are varied so as not to become repetitive. Hard work alright, but worth it. Highly recommended!

Mikes training sessions are challenging certainly yet are always conscious of abilities. He always offers alternative excercises ( HIIT) and adapts when necessary and his charming friendly manner only helps encourage. I would highly recommend his personal training skills to anyone looking to get fitter and feel the burn!

Mike is a fab PT. Friendly and smiley but don't let that fool you - he's tough! Due to number of injuries and many years away from the gym, Mike has devised a training programme that works around my injuries and has helped to ease me back into training. I feel stronger after 3 months and look forward to the end result!
