I discovered PT sessions with MindFit during the first lockdown, when I desperately needed some time out of the house (and away from my small child!) to clear my mind, as well as work on my fitness. I was also still in recovery from cancer treatment and was nervous about being pushed too far too soon. Kiki very quickly put my mind at rest and allowed me to go at a pace that worked for me whilst providing the much-needed encouragement to improve each time.
I am so happy with Kiki's positive mental wellness messaging - it's not about what your body looks like, more about how increasing your strength and ability to do things you previously couldn't can improve my mindset and clarity. Thank you Kiki for getting me through lockdowns, redundancy and the particularly hideous bout of homeschooling ;-). I love my sessions (even through the grumbling) and would thoroughly recommend!

Training with Kiki both as a PT and in her group classes has been one of the most uplifting and invested experiences for me. Her approach is so much more than getting fit, its mind and body and having goals of being strong both mentally and physically. She is very in tune with individual needs and has motivated me in so many ways. Plus meeting new people and launching lots together in HIIT classes has been wonderful!

Kiki is a great personal trainer, we've been using her since November 2020. Each session is different and tailored to your level whilst still pushing and getting the most out of you. I definitely feel better after each session and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Kiki has such a refreshing approach to fitness. Her focus on general wellness and wellbeing, both physically and mentally, whilst always having in mind my own personal needs, is fantastic. She can see my strengths and what I enjoy the most, which makes our 1:1 sessions enjoyable and fulfilling. I especially love the boxing training! She's also been great in training me through my pregnancy so far, helping to give me confidence in what my body is capable of. I highly recommend!

I've been training with Kiki since 2019 and she is excellent. A true professional she's trained me as a regular client and at pre and post natal stage. She takes pride in her work, planning each session meticulously and I feel like I've learnt a lot and improved my strength and fitness. I can now even do press ups! She's also a very lovely person. I'd absolutely recommend her if you are looking for a personal trainer or fitness classes in South East London.

I do the HIIT class with Kiki and she is brilliant. I’m completely shattered and my legs always hurt for or a day or two after but it’s great. I’m not the fittest but feel engaged and motivated to keep going. I’m building up my strength all over my body. Every session I’ve been to is slightly different so it doesn’t feel like a repetitive class. Kiki is brilliant as she is calm and keeps the entire class motivated and moving without having to be aggressive like some other PT’s I’ve come across. I would strongly recommend to anyone.

I found Kiki during the first joyous lockdown and she is amazing. I've gone from being an unfit lazy mess to really looking forward to our weekly sessions.
