Mia is one of kind. Very professional, incredibly insightful and brings great energy every week! Never thought I would say this about exercising, but even though she kills me once a week, I genuinely can't wait for the next session. I'm very lucky to train with the best!

I love training with Mia, I never dread a workout which is something I never thought I would say! The sessions are varied and never get boring, Mia encourages me to push myself and always works with me to overcome any injuries. She is always on hand after the sessions to give advice on extra exercises to do between sessions, stretches to soothe niggles and nutritional advice - great if you want someone to keep you accountable. I would recommend Mia to anyone!

I love training with Mia, it's an absolute treat! She's so creative with the exercises and still makes you work hard, you never get bored. I've never laughed so much and had so much fun working out before. I first had the chance to train with her at a boxing studio and now I'm doing her Zoom classes since the confinement, which coincided with my being pregnant, and Mia always has the care to prepare some modifications for me and not make me feel left behind. I highly recommend her classes and I'd love to do some personal training with her one day too!

Training with Mia has been a great experience. Mia has been amazing both for boxing and fitness! I like that she focuses on conditioning, which is key for boxing. She pushes you to reach your goals, follows up with advice and recommendations on nutrition and exercises. And if you’re travelling for business she is always available to give you tips on fitness, even if it’s a five-minute glutes workout! I totally recommend her PT sessions. What are you waiting for?? Having Mia as a personal trainer has been absolutely great! After quarantine started I was worried about my fitness levels and started noticing my body feeling weaker. Mia was already offering an array of classes (group and PT) that were super affordable. I started off with the group class once a week, then personal training once a week, and now we do PT twice a week. Mia is extremely motivating, her sessions are fun, challenging and you definitely get your money's worth. I noticed my mind become more positive after a couple of sessions and my body felt much stronger and was visibly toned after a couple of weeks. Also, Mia is always helpful beyond the PT sessions with general health and training advice! I would not have been able to get through this time without Mia's personal training sessions or her 'ray of sunshine' attitude! Thank you!

I started training with Mia a year ago - first at the gym, then online during lockdown and then also privately with two other friends. I can hands down say she is the best trainer I’ve ever worked with - every session is great fun, different formats so it never gets boring and time speeds by. I am also and more importantly stronger than I’ve ever been - doing proper push ups for the first time in my life!! Would highly recommend Mia both for online and face to face sessions

Mia is an artistic, energetic ray of sunshine that beams in to lift your spirits and your heart rate. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to change the way they view exercise. She is super flexible with your schedule and is very creative in teaching you how to keep fit using everyday objects and your own body weight. Mia isn't your typical trainer - you won't find bootcamp style shouting or boring routines. She truly does make working out fun and worth it. I trained with Mia in 2015 for approx 6 months, she and I moved to different areas. We're both back in East London now, so I started training with her again in 2018. Both times she's been fab. She makes me feel like I can achieve anything.Mia's hugely encouraging, supportive and non-judgemental. I've also seen Mia develop over the last 3 years, she doesn't take a one size fits all approach. Mia specifically designs her sessions for the individual's needs, and if she needs to research it or add in extra time to find out what's right, she does. Along with that she advises on nutrition and gives you specific programmes to follow when you can't train with her. I love our sessions, not just for the training but the great chit chat that I get with it. I always look forward to seeing her. Give her a call, you won't regret it.
