Ive been going twice a week for a few months now after being a coach potato in need of a kick start! Joel’s super friendly and adaptable as I’m always having to change times of sessions due to work. Keep fit is not my favourite activity but Joel keeps me on the straight and narrow and he lets me bring my dog which is great too!

I’ve been training with Abdul for about a year now. Like most in my neighbourhood, I have a professional job which is long hours and often last minute changes to my diary. In addition, my lifestyle is not ideal so really needed someone to help push me when I was honestly not in the mood to! Abdul moved around my diary with absolute ease. From Day 1 he just worked around me and we almost always managed to fit in multiple sessions a week. He is constantly communicating with me via WhatsApp and that frequent checking in is reassuring as well. As for the training - he pushes you really hard. Loads of hit training, boxing and core work. Always mixes it up for me and tailors the workout level to how much energy I have on the day. But he knows when I have more energy left and pushes me beyond it. The boxing is brilliant! He is an ex boxer and it really shows on how he trains you. If it was not for him between lock downs I don’t know what I would have done. Pricing is very reasonable compared to others around. My girlfriend trains with Elyas, another trainer and she is also seeing great results. Overall there is a reason everyone is giving them 5 stars.

Siraji is just brilliant! Such a lovely guy, really organised with his schedule but also quite flexible if needed. Most importantly, his training technique is brilliant, I’m doing some post natal training to lose baby weight and he knew from Day 1 what the best training would be to start off with and has changed it up as I get fitter and more able. I started to see results almost immediately. Always challenges me without pushing so hard that it’s not fun. I injured my calf (outside of training!) but we still trained around it and I felt I still got a great workout! He also can cater to days when you’re feeling unmotivated and chooses a workout that can still leave you feeling energised. He really understands his clients and what they want. In short, I could not recommend him enough!!!

We contacted Siraji to see if he could provide fun but physically challenging sessions for our boys (6 and 9), who have boundless, nervous energy that needs channelling. From the first session, we were very impressed by Siraji's ability to engage the children's interest, set clear boundaries in a firm by playful way (and to which the boys respond well), and offer varied activities that push the boys in just the right way. They really look forward to their weekly session!

I’ve been training with Siraji for 4months now and absolutely love our sessions so much so that I have decided to buy another 30 session package. During my trial session with Siraji, he took the time to get to know me and my fitness history instead of immediately trying to sell the package which I appreciated. Siraji mainly wanted to understand my fitness level and explain the type of training he’d be doing with me on an ongoing basis. Since then he’s helped me build up my condition and overall fitness level! The sessions are extremely fun, he always comes up with new workout ideas and will always ask before the session starts how I feel so he can make sure his planned session is tailored to how I’m feeling. But most importantly he will unknowingly make me want to push myself which is what I enjoy most about our sessions as I always feel great after them! I can honestly say that without mobile fitness I would not have obtained my dream job. I passed everything I needed to become a police officer. I just needed to pass my bleep test, however 9 months prior I had torn a couple of ligaments in my ankle and therefore I had not exercised at all for a long time. I was very unfit. After failing the bleep test twice with only once chance left, I hired mobile fitness. We trained extremely hard with only five weeks till my final test. I was provided with a diet plan that was tailed to my likes and dislikes. Along with this we trained around four- five times a week which was also tailed to what I wanted to gain from training. I loved that no matter where I was, Abdul could come to me. We trained in my house, at the park near me, at the park near my work, even inside my office! mobile fitness tailors to your needs. which is extremely important as you need to WANT to workout. There was so many times I wanted to give up but Abdul pushed me to keep going. I managed to smash the bleep test and lose weight along the way which I have always struggled to do. Abdul ended up becoming a good friend and kind of like a therapist to me haha. Never once was a session boring, I enjoyed going to sessions and would even look forward to it. Even after I passed the bleep test I continued the sessions because for the first time I enjoyed working out. So I can literally hands down say that if it was not for mobile fitness and Abdul, I would not have obtained my dream job. 100% would recommend without a doubt.

I have been training with Abdul for a few weeks now. I am slowing making progress imporving my boxing and overal fitness. My goal is to achieve a leav bulk gaining 10kg. Abdul has adpated to my goals and has not only created sessions catered to my goals but has also writtern me up a diet plan with all i need to achieve my aspiration.
It has only been a few weeks but I am enjoying my training sessions as well as sticking to my diet plan. I know it will take time for results to come but i am confident in my trainer and have no faults in him.
