The best decision I made was to join NB Fitness. Not only has to increased my physical endurance but it has had a great impact on my mental health. Noah is an incredibly professional trainer, which pushes you to be the best whilst providing education on overall health and the contributions NB fitness is doing. He also creates an atmosphere of fun, and I actually look forward to my sessions as it brightens my day. Many thanks to Noah for creating an amazing business and providing tangible results.

Noah pushed me to challenged myself to further my limits during his trainings. I must admit that body and muscle pain is a 100% guaranteed when you do his training – so if you are up for it, then you should hit his fitness gym. Nonetheless, all those body and muscle pains in the last 3 months are all worth it as I’m seeing results - physically, mentally and energy wise. My lifestyle has also change because whilst you are training, he is also providing you insights on your nutrition and how you implement it – “implementation is the key” as he says. I can say that Noah is very dedicated to his job (or rather passion because I think he is loving it). He is a 100% beast when it comes to motivating you to always challenge yourself. So, what else I can say – but thank you Coach for the massive 3 months! (2 thumbs up)

I was on a few training programs for the last couple of years, none of which had given me as quick and visible RESULTS as Noah's. I started training with him after a five months lockdown period where I was completely inactive, and it was just the best decision I've made. Noah's goal oriented approach and coaching in fitness and nutrition is a perfect combination to start taking care of yourself. Only 10 weeks down the line, I can already see the changes in my body, my endurance level and feel Stronger. Not only that, but training does not feel like a burden anymore. Thank you Noah :)

For ages, I was focused on reducing my weight and fitting into a smaller dress sizes but after training with Noah have understood my issues around core stability, ideal body fat : muscle composition, good nutrition and sleep.
He has the ability to gauge ones true potential and persistently motivates and pushes your limits.
I have been training with Noah for more than a year now but feel very confident and strong to the extent that I have signed up for a half marathon this summer.
He is an absolute professional and a joy to train with.

I can't recommend Noah highly enough.
I started training with Noah to get fitter, lose weight and generally improve my health, however, I have learned so much not only about how to get in shape but also muscle groups, how they work and also belief in myself.
Noah's approach to training is truly bespoke and each session is designed for my needs and no one session is the same which means I never get bored! Noah brings 110% to each session and he gets results. He goes out of his way to explain the benefits of all the moves and exercises and with his nutritional knowledge and advice you really do get the 360 approach designed for you as an individual.
I've lost almost 2 stone in just 6 months which shows that with Noah you really do get results.
If you want a committed, hardworking, trainer who won't give up on you and can see results from the start, then Noah is the trainer for you.

I have been training with Noah for just under 4 weeks now and I must admit I am absolutely loving the sessions. He is very patient, motivates you at every step and more importantly explains each step of exercise (even breaking it down to make it easier to achieve for a beginner).
After the initial assessment, he suggested a diet plan along with body weight trainings, and this has eventually resulted in me loosing approximately 3 kgs in less than a month.
His private gym is located very close to Canary Wharf station which makes it really convenient and the fact that it is always a 1-2-1 session, you know you will get undivided attention and no distraction.
Training with Noah is not only helping me in my fitness routine but also making me more disciplined in terms of bad food habits and sleeping pattern. I highly recommend his services and can’t thank him enough for his support and help. Thanks buddy!

I can’t recommend Noah enough!!
If you are on of those who seem to fall off the wagon like me, Noah is the man for you. He has made sure that I simply show up each day and I can feel and see the difference.
With Noah you just don’t get the gym/PT routine. You get a program tailor made to suit you, with advice on nutrition, diet, exercise form, de- stressing techniques, the list goes on.
I joined Noah just before the Covid lockdown and it seems to be the best decision I ever made. I have lost inches, lost almost 10% body fat, felt energy like never before and moved to healthier eating all on zoom in 4 months!!
What I most appreciate is how he manages to encourage and motivate you to beat your own goals without comparing to anyone else.

I am working with Noah with last 8 months and I have transformed completely. I am full of energy all the time. Noah doesn't only work with you in the gym but also he make sure you are taking your diet seriously. Noah helps you to reach to level where you make conscious decision what you eat how you eat. I am so happy with the training, getting results and eating healthy. I have lost weight and body fat massively. Hoping to reach my next goal of six packs next year. My wife and I were planning to change our house but we have delayed the decision just because I don't want to miss the session with Noah.

I have been training with Noah for around a year now and I can safely say he has transformed my life from both a mental and physical point of view.
