I have been going to Enzo for just over a year.
Through that time I have lost around 2.5 stone and built muscle and sorted by diet.
Enzo is very passionate and been a real friend through this very strange lockdown year.
He is very knowledgable and very supportive and understanding of the process of mentoring and training people.
The studio is great and the one to one sessions are really great.
I love the variation between the sessions and the different programmes that he changes up every few weeks aswell as the diet.
I would really recommend Vincenzo to anyone wanting to do more to get healthy in a fun way.

As soon as you start training with Enzo (Vincenzo) you will know you have done the right thing. After many years chasing fantastic targets but achieving only mediocre results at best, on my very first session with Enzo I knew things would be different. With just a few questions, a few exercises, and an appraising look, Enzo gave me the hard truth about where I am at in terms of fitness, and identified some of the key issues that have been holding me back including, in my case, a lack of core fitness, and a lot of inflexibility in various specific muscle areas. He outlined a plan that would take me to where I wanted to be in incremental steps, and straight away I knew the plan was the right one for me and for the first time in many years I felt confident that I was on the right fitness path.
After a year training with Enzo I had a whole new and much more positive attitude to fitness and for the first time in my life I felt confident about my training ability and in control of my level of fitness.
I cannot recommend Enzo highly enough. He is a true professional, effortlessly drawing on a deep pool of knowledge, techniques, and exercise routines, and genuinely interested in, and committed to, helping his clients. Whether you are having a good day or a bad day, if you are willing to put in the effort, Enzo will adjust the tempo and/or the programme to make sure you get the most out of each session and come away feeling good about yourself.

After years of neglecting my body and struggling with motivation to start exercising, I got recommended by a friend to see Vincenzo. Whilst I was initially reticent, I then gave it a go and that the wisest decision I've ever made, no joke.
Vincenzo is an amazing PT who really focuses on understanding who you are, your objectives and what your body can do. His expertise spans across many different aspects of fitness, including corrective gymnastics - which has significantly helped my postural problems.
Then there's the fun part, the lessons! Vincenzo follows you every step of the way, adapting and evolving the program as you improve. A huge difference seeing Vincenzo makes is that with him you not only do the right exercises, but you also do them in the right way. Only now I understand why, when I went to the gym by myself in my 20s, my back and neck ached like crazy: I was doing even basic things like chest press wrong. Now, though I'm 10 years older, I do with Vincenzo stuff I never even dreamed of doing when I was 20 and with no nasty pain involved.
Long story short, 9 months into seeing Vincenzo, though most lessons had to be online due to covid, I feel a lot better, my body looks a lot better and there's no denying that my confidence has greatly increased. I can't recommend him enough, I only now realise how important being in good physical shape is and how much better it makes life feel, the only regret I have is not having met him 10 years ago :)

I have been training with Enzo for nearly a year and he always works with you as an individual, your needs nit just a set program.
I have only trained online, but his attention to detail is exceptional, even over the screens. He sets exercises that have pushed my body into different muscles that I didn't even know I could have! I am so pleased with my flexibility, strength and progress so far I only wish I had followed the diet plan since the beginning. Better late than never as I am doing it now, Enzo understands that you need time to adjust and then only if you want to, he has a very gentle, positive, supportive and fun approach to teaching and progressing you for YOU!
I love it and will be continuing for the years to come, best Personal Trainer you could ever have.

I started seeing Vincenzo roughly 4 months after a Lisfranc fracture and subsequent surgery in my foot.
At this point I was able to walk again, but my physical fitness was perhaps at the lowest point it has ever been. Vincenzo created a plan to build up strength, balance and flexibility in my foot, and to tackle a few other issues I wanted to work on, such as my posture and overall fitness. As I've improved he's upgraded our workouts accordingly to meet new goals and milestones.
I couldn't be happier with the results! Even within a few months my foot improved greatly, and I've gone from low to high point. My foot is stronger. my limp (and my belly) have gone. And I'm much better equiped, thanks to Vincenzo, to work out properly and effectively when I'm on my own between sessions.
Vincenzo also provided a comprehensive food plan tailored to my dietary preferences and has been fantastic at motivating me to stick with it. I feel so much better than when I started. Signing up with Vincenzo was the best decision I've ever made for my own health!

What can I say? Vincenzo is the best! From the initial handling of my request to the overall assessment tailored to my needs, everything was done with so much professionalism and care. I have been suffering from intermittently back pain and needed someone who was able to understand my needs but also know what I can do or should avoid. Great Team at North London PT
I started training with North London PT in 2018 after a knee injury. I had torn my ACL and I had extremely limited movement (I couldn’t walk). I worked with Vincenzo who was very honest, realistic and professional when he came to mobility exercises and my limitations. He was very encouraging and I really progressed over time and I was able to train at a good level.
I unfortunately suffered a fractured leg a year later and he amended our goals to incorporate my injury and really encouraged me to keep going.
Vincenzo really listens to your wants and needs from a personal training session as well as recognising how hard to push you so you reach goals you might not realise we’re achievable.
He is a very trustworthy professional with a vast array of experience. I would certainly recommend training with North London PT as all Vincenzo’s trainers are to a very high standard and they all provide an excellent service.

World class service & great results! Whether you want to get fit, lose weight or start working towards recovering from an injury. Vincenzo (Enzo) walks the walk - he's been training for over 20 years - he's 100% clean living, is dedicated, patient, encouraging, highly knowledgeable, and has a great sense of humour. We were needing to get into shape after lockdown. We're in our 40's and seriously over-indulged. In a few short months we are feeling and looking so much better! We train 3 times a week (via Skype and in the gym when regulations allow) and have tried to follow his eating plan. Despite not being the best at following the eating plan I'm blown away with the results - I've still lost centimeters and body fat - it has to be the training! It's a great workout and we look forward to our sessions. And feel even better afterwards!

After spending two years with Enzo I can confirm that my physical condition has changed and improved in a very remarkable way.
I haven't been so fit and healthy for years and the key for this has been the discipline and perseverance with him.
He gets involved with you from the first moment you meet him, he listen to you and create a serious and professional action plan including diet, specific exercises plan, and continues follow-up.
Without doubt my two hours a week training with Enzo are one of my favorite moments of the week where I can disconnect from the 8/9 hours of sitting at the office and feel totally satisfied with myself at the end of the day.

Although I had trained quite a lot in the past, I had barely trained in the years before starting with Enzo 2 years ago and had reached 100+ kg. I had tried signing up in several gyms but never went consistently. Committing to training with Enzo twice a week changed this quickly and within 6 months I lost 13kg and have not gained them back since. More importantly I feel now the fittest I have ever felt (eg can do now pull ups which I had always struggled!). Best thing is I can train with my girlfriend so we are both motivated to staying fit and Enzo is such a great guy we now look forward to our training sessions. Without a doubt, signing up with Enzo has been the best decision I’ve made in the past years fitness wise and highly recommend it!

Vincenzo has been my Personal Trainer for the last 3 months and I am already seeing fantastic results! I have lost a lot of weight and I am working towards toning up my body. I am a lady in my 50s and sought Vincenzo’s help for reshaping my body going through the menopause. After many diets and failed do-it-yourself exercises I decided to spend some money for myself and get re-shaped with a professional person. I couldn’t have chosen a better Personal Trainer! Vincenzo is a great personal trainer. I’d stopped exercising regularly for over a year when I first started with him and he’s been able to get me back on track and help me to meet my fitness goals. His broad knowledge of training techniques has helped me pursue different programmes for improved results. Enzo is a great personal trainer with a wide veriety of approaches to suit his clients. I originally started training with him after a knee injury knocked me out of a regular gym routine 4 years ago and still am!
If you have an injury or reason that stops you exercising, he is well worth talking to as he will likely be able to help you.

This gym is really awesome. My wife and I were both horribly out of shape coming out of the COVID lockdown. A workout routine and diet was designed for us which has thus far had great results. We have been working better and far more intensely than when we worked out without a trainer. The gym is cleaned and disinfected after all workouts so we feel comfortable training there safely from COVID. I highly recommend giving it a try.
