Taking part in the Kettlebell Shred Challenge has made me stronger, on the inside as well as the outside. Moreover, my physique is more defined than it was before.
Kettlebell workout is very versitile way of exercising, which I find fun and efficiant, but also challenging. In addition to this, what I really appreciate is the structured schedule with a variation of easy and challenging exercises/sessions throughout the week. You know length of the session, what it's all about, and once you've started, it gets done.
All of this is of course thanks to Olga, who is a supportive and encouraging coach. She's someone you can count on.

Running a marathon was my dream for many years, I always wanted to run one but I was scared of getting injured.
I contacted Olga and reaches out to her for help.
Working with Olga has brought me so much more than just physical growth, but mental growth too.
Olga designed a strength and conditioning program based on my goals and previous injuries, and a running program to suit my lifestyle and get me to finish the line injury-free.
On Sunday I crossed the finish line of the London Marathon feeling, happy, proud and strong.

The most important thing is that I really enjoyed Olga’s boot camp! 30 mins a day was do-able and I had her mantra ‘get it done’ in my head.
The benefit is that it works! I feel stronger, I’ve lost inches, I’ve lost weight and I don’t feel exhausted / overwhelmed by all.
She always gave easier adaptations for the exercises and the app was very simple and effective to keep track on a day by day basis.

I have been working out with Olga online for the last year now. I am 46 yrs old and have been doing circuits and exercise regularly nearly all my life so I feel I have a good idea of what I want out of a circuit and Olga is the one! I am in Staffordshire and Olga in London. I chose Olga due to meeting her at midnight runners when I was in London. I loved her energy. Olga is amazing! The daily sessions she set in her workouts focus on different areas of the body each day and are NEVER boring. It’s perfect for me to be able to do at least 25mins of quality sessions each day which I can fit in with my busy work and family schedule, along with my runs which I do myself. Olga has so much energy and is a joy to watch each day. She makes everything exciting and interesting. The exercises are perfectly explained, and demonstrated, giving variations for different abilities. I always look forward to the sessions and wouldn’t look anywhere else for online circuits. I joined Olga’s core detox and spring core sculpt programmes, and in four months have seen more of a change in my physique and well-being than I have seen in the last ten years of trying different exercise plans only to lose interest. What sets Olga’s plans apart are the perfectly pitched work outs which are challenging enough to get results but not so hard that they become a chore or cause motivation to wane. The daily to-do lists are also fantastic to help you to keep on top of the programme and retain motivation.
In just four months I have gained the body I always dreamed of and most importantly I know that the routine Ive established is sustainable in the future.

In many years of using gyms and fitness groups Olga is the best trainer I’ve ever come across.
First of all she has a level of enthusiasm unrivalled and no matter if it’s a dark miserable cold grey morning her bounciness and eternal energy will lift the lowest spirits. Always smiling and with a positive view of life you can’t fail to feel good after some time with her.
Secondly her sessions are always innovative and different whether it is a one-on-one personal training session or she is leading a group event with Streetfit or the Midnight Runners. Nothing ever repeats and it is always interesting and keeps you on your toes.
Thirdly she manages to keep me just going at my absolute limit without ever having the sense of failing or needing to do more. I always feel I’ve given everything during the session but still want to come back.
Finally she has an overall view of health and fitness that encompasses diet and your mindset that gives long-term benefits that leaves you living a great life.
