Paulina is an incredible personal trainer who has helped me achieve so much more than I could imagine! Working out with her is challenging, but fun and engaging, and her knowledge/expertise is top notch. She's really supportive and has helped me break through so many mental blocks that were holding me back from lifting heavier weights previously (I've hit 3 personal bests with Paulina's help within 3 months 🎉). I would highly recommend her as a PT, she's phenomenal to work with!

Being a person doesn’t like gyms, I just can say Paulina has been instrumental to help me to reshape my body, health and mood. I was not able to imagine someone so engaged and committed with her customers.
It is not just about one weekly hour session (that although tough one I still love it) but is about a genuine interest in supporting me during the week, ensuring I am doing well, sharing tips on how to manage my diet and well-being, giving me honest advice and providing me the right challenge when I become lazy.
Paulina helps me to improve my daily life with new healthy routines on different aspects.

Paulina has been a fantastic trainer. My biggest fear is that I would get injured when I returned to exercise as this had happened to me before. But she has pushed me just hard enough to avoid getting inured but enough that my fitness and strength has improved greatly. I notice that fitness in everyday tasks - walking up several flights of stairs quickly or lifting heavy suitcases. But I also notice that I am able to do more and more exercise in each session. I would strongly recommend her as a PT. she keeps workouts fun but challenging.

Paulina is amazing trainer and great woman!
I really admire her ability to motivate others and explain everything in such great and simple to understand way. She trains with me now in my 'pregnant mode'. That's incredible how much she cares and how much she knows (and still she's not stopping learning!). I feel safe during training and additionaly to excercise I receive a lot of tips & tricks for pregnant life (we can discuss about diet, supplements, ills) - really complex care. Thanks to her I feel really great, I can be fit girl and believe than I'm really responsible for my body and health. I totally recommend work with her!

The best. I was super lucky to find Paulina. I pretty much started from zero and with Paulina’s patience slowly built up some decent strength over time. Whenever I have a question, she’s always there to answer it. You couldn’t hope to find a better trainer!

I've struggled with weight since I was a teen and have never not been overweight. I decided to go and see Paulina after I reached my 25th birthday and realised that I had put on a lot of weight over the past year and did not want to keep going in the same direction. I knew I needed to make a change to be more active, but I didn't quite realise how much of an impact Paulina was going to have on the rest of my life.
The physical effects are obvious - over the past year with on and off training I have managed to lose 23kg/50lbs - and while the fat has come off, the body underneath is also stronger and has more energy and is more skilled in its movement.
Paulina has not only helped me physically. Mentally, Paulina has educated me about diet and nutrition but also on how life affects the body, from alcohol, to your menstrual cycle, to how weight loss actually works - it's not always as simple as you think! Paulina has taught me stamina, consistency, and strength.
Emotionally, Paulina has been my rock. If you are like me and have struggled with weight for a long time, making long lasting change is scary and you have to confront those emotions that led to where you are. I can rely on Paulina to talk about these things as it's all part of the journey.
This is what makes Paulina a great personal trainer because she assists in all these areas, and this is what makes you be the best you can be. It isn't just a case of getting into the gym and being instructed to do different exercises, but sometimes the most important and valuable parts are the conversations had before and after the workout, where we assess progress but also talk about life.
Don't get me wrong - if you want someone to tell you what to do to achieve your dream bod - Paulina will do that! But she'll also pick you up when you fall and be right there if you do.
