I contacted Kimberley to find a better way to train during my pregnancy. Previous trainers at gyms didn’t seem to adapt their programmes and I had been injured in the past by bad technique. Kimberley is a safe pair of hands and is very particular about technique, constantly checking in and tailoring every session to your specific need for that day. She was supper supportive during prenatal training and encouraging during postnatal training when days of no sleep mean the last thing on your mind is exercise! I look forward to every session, even the virtual ones when we can’t do face to face!

I have been training with Kimberley for 4 months, first in person (her at home studio is great) and then virtually (she's SO good at keeping me motivated and focused via Zoom!) Kimberley is an incredibly talented personal trainer focused on holistic health - she has made me stronger, both physically and mentally, and has significantly improved my mobility and flexibility. I got in touch with Kimberley after the birth of my daughter. I'd lost all my core strength following the C-section and felt generally very unfit. The sessions are hard and she gets more out of me in an hour than I could ever achieve in the gym or doing any solo exercise sessions! But most importantly it's really fun training with her and I feel so much healthier, stronger and fitter as a result. I used to get a lot of lower back pain but the increase in my core strength has really improved that so I'm mostly pain free. I'm totally addicted and can't imagine not training twice a week! I sometimes do her SpinRX class which is pretty tough going (cardio and core) but also really fun.
Kimberley's completed dedicated to all her clients and offers nutritional advice too which has made me more aware of what I eat/ portion sizes so I generally have a much more healthy diet, (I do still love chocolate though!)
Since the lockdown we've been doing virtual sessions and they've been really good and actually a lot better than I expected. I didn't know if I'd get as much out of them but I totally do and a friend and my sister join so they're semi-social as well as really fun!
I would highly recommend Kimberley, I literally can't imagine life without her now!

Kimberly has been a lifesaver. Before starting training sessions I had had chronic neck and back pain for years, and hadn't found any way to alleviate it. Within weeks of starting sessions with Kimberly I was in much less pain, and within months I was pretty much pain free. Not only that but I was also fitter, stronger and had lost most of the baby weight from having my second child. Sessions are never boring - Kimberly has taught me so many different ways to exercise, and I now really look forward to training, and would not be without it. Since the lockdown Kimberly has adapted incredibly quickly to offering online sessions, which are just as fun and effective as her face to face sessions. I really cannot recommend her highly enough - having lived with pain for so long, I can honestly say that she has changed my life.

I have been training with Kimberley for around 3 years now. I originally went to her as I’d got in a bit of a rut with my PT, doing well but needed a change. Kimberley has since supported me through a big shoulder injury and rehab post surgery. She has great knowledge of the body and put together a plan for me that supported my physio. As a result in less than a year post surgery I am nearly training at pre op levels again . I’ve stayed with Kimberley as she offers variety, her spin/trx classes are unique and super fun and her PT approach is flexible (indoors/outdoors/studio/home/ virtual). Her rates are value for money. Her focus on the connection between mental and physical health got me through some pretty dark times! Would highly recommend if you are looking for someone very experienced and you want to work hard.

I've been training with Kimberley for nearly four months now, and whilst I was initially sceptical about how much a personal trainer could add to my workout, I thought I'd give it a try. Its been an eye-opening experience! Kimberley gets more out of me in 45 minutes then I could ever achieve in the gym by myself. She is totally dedicated to her job and her clients and is always looking for new, innovative ways to train so sessions are never repeated and never boring. I would thoroughly recommend her.

I met Kimberley Peach 10 years ago when I was looking for a training routine that would work as I matured and fit around a busy life with work and a young family.
Kimberley introduced me to SpinRx and I have not looked back. Her classes are always a mix of cardio and resistance training but most of all they are taxing and leave you feeling pushed you beyond your comfort zone.
I can honestly say Kimberley has taught me to excercise in a way I never knew previously. I have developed stamina and a core fitness level that I didn’t think was possible. I have introduced teenage daughter to her as she is beginning to see the potential exercise has for physical and mental resilience - needed for the demanding world of study and work.
Covid-19 has not stopped Kimberley’s dedication to her clients -and their fitness - she’s developed a virtual class which works us with relatively little equipment in our homes to maintain our fitness and sanity and just demonstrates her ethos of keeping healthy regardless of the circumstances and total commitment to everyone she trains - after frontline staff come those who work out ways to continue to support people in challenging time’s and she really is a one off - don’t take my word for it try her classes for yourself and see.

Working out with Kimberley is hard-work, satisfying, fun and I feel a great sense of achievement after each session. Unlike other PTs, she doesn't just stand there pressing buttons on the cross trainer or running machine. She's very focused, motivated and a lovely person. At the end of each session Kimberley does some stretching on me which feels great and is perfect for the tired muscles!

The SpinRX classes are an absolute killer! They're challenging every single time and are easily adjusted to push the limits of your own fitness level. If you're looking for full body exercise or interval training to spice up your workouts, definitely give this class a go!
