Sarah is a great personal trainer - professional, knowledgeable, creative, and flexible. I saw very positive results in the 7 months I trained with her. I started training with Sarah to take better care of my physical and mental health, especially given that lockdown restrictions were still in place in London when I started.
She took the time to understand my exercise objectives and my life constraints. And tailored a program that would help me achieve the objectives without injuries. She is also an excellent motivator and this definitely helps on those low days when your mind or body do not feeling like exercising. She also has a good collection of equipment to train outside (i.e. not in a gym) on those rare good weather days or back in the day when gyms were still closed due to Covid restrictions.
If you are considering hiring a PT I highly recommend talking to her and having a trial session with her. All the best!

Sarah trained me until I was 8 months pregnant, she was always attentive to my latest aches and pains, and always pushed me enough to make me feel like I'd worked hard without letting me over do it. I had a few sessions with Sarah after struggling to lose weight after having a baby and she absolutely kick started my passion for working out all over again. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. She really knows her stuff when it comes to weight lifting but also brings a wealth of experience in a diverse array of disciplines, from spin to box fit to metcon to TRX. She prepared new sessions for me every time that I saw her and was always bringing in new elements to ensure I was always challenged and engaged. No two sessions were ever the same and I was continuously learning new things from her which I could add into my own repertoire.
She is always curious and seeking to learn and develop herself as a trainer, for example doing training sessions with Olympic lifters! I also valued that Sarah kept a record of my progress, how much I could lift, what I had done in previous sessions etc which she used to always set the right level for me.
As a person, Sarah is incredibly professional but also a total ray of sunshine and positivity. She met with me outdoors in all weathers (in -1 first thing in the morning on new years eve no less!) throughout the winter lockdown and seeing her always absolutely made my week. She was so creative in using the outdoor environment to do new things and was also always full of positive energy and enthusiasm. I always left her sessions with a huge smile and feeling fantastic about myself.
I have a tendency to be hard on myself and she would remind me that one of the goals of training is to ENJOY IT. She was always reminding me to have fun, and I really value that about her. Our sessions were filled with lots of laughter!
Her care and commitment to her clients is next level. I could not recommend her more highly and feel blessed to have come across this inspiring woman <3

Can not rate Sarah highly enough, she absolutely brought me back to life after the pandemic. I have been doing outdoor PT sessions with Sarah for one year. The sessions have been joint sessions with my girlfriend. Sarah has been very enthusiastic throughout, even in the cold winter months! She created a programme that suited both of us and was varied. Even though we were outside the gym environment, and did not have all the equipment that goes with it, the sessions didn't feel repetitive. We both have sedentary jobs and the training was very invigorating and helped us to keep moving and improve our fitness. We always felt better after a session. I have been doing Sarah’s Zoomcamp for about 6 months now. It’s something I look forward to each week and it has definitely helped me to build my strength and stamina over time. Sarah brings an enthusiasm and positivity which mean the group sessions always have a great energy about them, something I didn’t necessarily expect from an online class. Her feedback during the class also helps me to keep improving, and there are always variations for the more challenging movements so I can keep up.
