I highly recommend Laurie as a PT. I have seen positive physical changes with myself. Diet plans are catered to my needs, I am able to look at food in a positive way and Laurie is able to answer any of my questions. The actual training side is fantastic. I am lifting weights! And it’s not a chore. It’s actually fun. We started light with the weights and gradually lifting heavier. Before having a Personal trainer I didn’t really want to do much exercise. Laurie makes the whole process enjoyable. I trust any advice she gives. The proof is I feel much better physically and mentally.

I have been joining Laurie weekly now since 2020 for a virtual workout session and can highly recommend her. She is a lovely person with great advice but can be tough when you need it and will guide you in the right direction on your nutrition/workout journey no matter what your fitness level or goal is.

Laurie is a very experienced personal trainer, and she is helping me to have a better diet and a routine of exercises, for me to have a healthier routine. The service I have is totally online, but she provides a great food and training plan, with high level of support. Is good that it is a personalised service, with fast responses, with videos for the exercises, and food plan according to what I like. It is being a great journey for me to eat better and I am changing my relation to food and enjoying going to the gym to exercise. The defined little goals and the weekly check ins help me to stick to the plan, to create a routine and to adapt better, with no radical diets and no miracle promises. I can see the changes and getting excited about the results! She is very mindful of your personal situation, very kind, also very professional and with a great knowledge, what is very important! Definitely recommend her!

Working with Laurie has been both very hard physically and a lot of fun. The changes in body shape that we have achieved has been amazing, after only 8 weeks of training. She has varied the sessions so that they are not repetitive or boring, which has helped a lot in keeping motivation levels up to achieve better improvements. During the time I have been training with her, my body fat % has dropped by over 7 points. She is very knowledgeable and supportive in helping her clients achieve their goals, and will also provide nutrition information to help clients get better results.
If asked for a good PT, I would definitely recommend Laurie to the person asking.

For as long as I can remember, I have always struggled with my weight. In the past, I have had strict personal trainers who have emptied my kitchen cupboards, raided my fridge, and made me feel inadequate for my life choices. I wasn’t motivated- I just slipped further into self-loathing.
Enter Laurie.
Firstly, she sat down with me and spoke to me on a human level. There was no judgement; she created a safe space for us to set achievable goals. Instead of scoffing at my food choices, Laurie directed me to healthier recipes and choices, while also taking my favourite cuisines into account. It never felt like a compromise; in fact, I now have amazing recipes that I proudly use on my family and friends. I still eat dessert, I still have film snacks on a Friday night after work, because Laurie is all about flexibility. I’m no longer scared of food, I’m just more sensible with my choices.
My workouts are invigorating and now necessary for my mental health. They’re not a punishment (as I used to view them); Laurie pushes me to my limits, but she never tries to make me go beyond them. I can’t stress that detail enough. She makes me feel strong and motivated, but knows when rest is important too. Her ethos is not focused on getting clients in and getting them out; she truly dedicated her time and energy into providing me with the tools I need to be autonomous with my physical health.
Laurie, you met me as an insecure man weighing 150 kilos, and you gave me the gift of confidence. I now weigh 85 kilos. Every day my head is held a lot higher, my wardrobe has been transformed, and I am a lot more sociable. I can’t thank you enough, not just for being a fantastic trainer, but for also being a true friend. Keep doing what you’re doing, because people deserve someone like you to guide them.

Laurie is a brilliant PT! I have had a few PT's both in person and on-line and Laurie is by far the best. Whatever goal you have and whatever time you have available to give to that goal she will make it work for you. Her online plan is so helpful, lots of detail, videos to demonstrate how to do all the exercises, and a food plan catered to your needs whether you want to just know what macros to follow or you want a detailed food plan she is always willing to adjust to what you need there is no one standard plan. As she sees how your body responds to your plan she then works with you to make any adjustments. She is always available for support and she really wants to empower you to build up your own knowledge of what works for your body and how to train safely and effectively to get real results. I have already learnt so much from her about how to push myself much more within my workouts and how to have flexibility with eating whilst working towards my goals. I would recommend her to anyone who wants effective support to reach your goals from someone who is very knowledgeable, keeps you on track but also makes room for you to live your life and enjoy food. Whether training is in person or on-line, or a combination of both, she will support you every step of the way.

Let me start form the beginning i never follow a plan from any instructor i just do online search from here and there and try to follow it but couldn't get the result the one i want so one day i went to posiifit body pt class and it was 30 mints only but i couldn't last🤣🤣 i was sweating and couldn't keep up with the pace it was a full body workout with different techniques which looks like easy but it wasn't so i asked her about the transformation i was looking for muscle mass. She done just one session for legs properly the way u suppose to train and i couldn't walk for 2 days😂 the best thing about posifit body is she always keep check-in on your progress and if u struggle with your diet or with your workout she always there to bring something as an alternative so u don't get bored with the diet or exercises... for me i will definitely recommend to everyone because right now i got the best shape of my life which i never had it before..
