Jamie is genuinely the BEST personal trainer I have ever come across. He is SO motivational and really pushes you to reach your full potential. I never previously enjoyed working out with a PT but he is engaging, professional and so friendly. I never once felt any judgement working with him and you can really tell he’s experienced and passionate about what he does! If you’re looking for a trainer who will help you reach your goals and actually enjoy yourself, I truly couldn’t recommend him more!

Highly recommend Jamie as a PT. He is good at challenging you to push yourself whilst using positive motivation to ensure you always get the most out of every session. Jamie takes the time to ensure each exercise is being performed correctly and that technique is not compromised. He is very knowledgeable about the different exercises needed to target various muscles and plans sessions in advance so that what we work on has been tailored specifically for me. To top it all off, he’s a genuine and fun person who I really enjoy training with, which motivates me to get out there!

Jamie is a rockstar trainer! I trained with him for 6 weeks in F45 Maida Vale and totally loved the experience. He brought great energy to the classes by his wit and humour, but most importantly gave individual attention to every trainee, no matter the class size, coaching with the right techniques and always motivating to do that extra rep! Thanks to Jamie and his wonderful team at F45 Maida Vale, I was able to make significant fitness transformation. It was an absolute pleasure to train with Jamie!

I would highly recommend Jamie and positive mind PT to anyone who wants a tailored program that integrates the physical with the mental. Each session is creative and challenging and even with having injuries and needing to adapt, the progress with a debilitating knee issue I have had has been incredible. Jamie has a genuine passion to help others reach their potential and he makes the workouts so much fun while kicking butt. His knowledge and approach to training is inspiring.

I have just completed a ten session course with Jamie and can not recommend his course enough. He is professional and concentrates 100% on your development, both in your lessons and for advice and help when you need it. This course, along with a healthier diet, have made such a difference to my quality of life that I’ve already signed up for another ten sessions. If your looking to improve your fitness and general well-being, give Jamie a go, you will not regret it.

Training with jamie has been brilliant! 10 sessions down and i can already see and feel a difference. Difference in stamina, strength and weight! Each session was totally different with various exercises. What i liked the most was how it impacted me mentally. Helped relieve stresses from work and general life, and was good motivation to help achieve goals physically and professionally. Also attentive and focused ensuring form is good. Positive Mind Personal Training (PMPT) is exactly what the name suggests- A challenging and exciting fitness program while also focusing on a positive mind.
Before starting with Jamie, I saw exercise as a chore and never looked forward to it. I am no stranger to exercise and using the services of a PT, but I have always found them slightly intimidating and hard to understand my goals. Now, however, I am excited and motivated for my PMPT sessions and cannot wait to go. Jamie is approachable, kind and friendly but recognises limits and is not afraid to push them while respecting them and motivating his clients, always keeping their goals in mind.
I am grateful to Jamie for helping me kick start my fitness journey and igniting my passion for both physical and mental fitness. I would definitely recommend him to anyone of any fitness level!
