Juliet is a fantastic teacher. I have been attending her yoga classes for about a year and now I also have a weekly PT session. She is kind and fun and very precise with her instructions. The sessions are motivating, varied and challenging. I have never liked the gym or stuck to any form of exercise apart from yoga. During lockdown I became really passive and did not feel comfortable in my own body. Juliet’s sessions helped me feel a lot stronger and more confident again. I always look forward to them and would highly recommended signing up!

I started my PT sessions with Juliet after my diagnosis of scoliosis. It has been an amazing experience. Juliet’s approach is fantastic, she has used her expertise in Yoga and Pilates to personalise the sessions for me. She is always develop and evolving her skills, so is always brings something new to our sessions.
Her patience is second to none, especially with someone who had no experience in yoga and pilates but also has poor balance and co-ordination. That was 3 years ago, and I have still continued 121 sessions with Juliet. The sessions are so enjoyable, as well as challenging. We continued the sessions in lockdown via Zoom, and the experience has been amazing too! The hour never feels long enough! I certainly don't intend to stop doing anytime soon.
I am now stronger, more confident and have seen a great improvement in my posture and back pain. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Juliet to anyone!

Juliet is a fantastic Personal Trainer and I’d highly recommend her.
Following the birth of my second baby by emergency Caesarean section I had lost any strength and fitness. However after just a few sessions I’m already on my way back to better strength and fitness levels than I had pre- pregnancy.
Juliet has taken the time to really understand my goals and has tailored a programme specifically for me to achieve these. She has reignited my motivation and I look forward to the sessions with her each week. Through a combination of Pilates reformer and mat work along with HIIT and resistance training and yoga I have quickly seen improvements towards achieving my goals and I’m feeling great, thank you Juliet!

I would definitely recommend 1-2-1 classes with Juliet! I booked a 10 session block and each class was different and engaging! Amazing! Will be back!
