After completing two months of Thrive I've never felt better both physically and mentally. To begin with I wasn't sure if I would manage to get up for the 7am start but it soon became an easy challenge, now I look forward to the class and hop out of bed. Bex really takes an interest in all of her clients and ensures each person gets a holistic approach to their health through balanced exercise, dietary plans and well researched evening talks. Bex is a warm, caring and kind person with superb energy and drive. She is an inspiration and I feel lucky to be part of Thrive.

I’ve been working with Bex now for the last 3 months and it’s really made a world of difference. Being someone who works out regularly at gyms I didn’t really know where to start with the ‘at home’ workouts post Christmas and during lockdown.
Being pregnant there’s always a worry about exercise and what you can and can’t do, and in those days before you’re able to tell anyone it was amazing to have her guidance and support. She’s always on hand when I need her and it’s been wonderful.
Our weekly workouts test muscles I didn’t know I had. I always leave our sessions full of energy and with a renewed positivity for the week ahead. It’s hard not to feel positive Bex’s enthusiasm is so infectious.
I’ve noticed such a difference in my posture and strength, being someone who struggled with back pain for years.
I’m so looking forward to the next three months.

I would like to recommend thrive to all mums out there who is looking to get fit and motivated not just physically but mentally.
I haven't exercises in years and when I joined Thrive October I loved the way Bex had layed out the 12 min exercise, it changed my mindset towards exercise and I joined up.
Thrive isnt just about exercise, its has so much more to offer. Bex is dedicated and passionate about total well being. Her evening session are so educational. From the sessions I have added small routines to my day which make me feel better and happier inside and out.

I have recently completed the March Thrive programme and it has really changed my life for the better! The morning exercise sessions give me such a positive start to the day and coupled with the super healthy, nourishing breakfasts, give me so much more energy during the day. The meal plans are just great, we have transformed the meals in our house from boring and samey to yummy, healthy and different, we are all loving it! The talks at night are really interesting and inspiring and have helped me to start to make some positive changes which I'm going to continue to work on in thrive April. I'm hooked and can't wait until next week to continue working with Bex and the lovely, inspiring women in the group. After two children and suffering from SPD I had had enough of ending the day in some kind of pain. Working with Bex not only stopped the pain but also made me stronger, more flexible and even a flatter stomach which I thought I'd never have again. But more than this she gave me the confidence to believe that my 'new (post baby) body' is capable of more. Her holistic approach to fitness, nutrition and mind in women's health is just what I needed. Amazing results with Bex! I’ve been working out with her for several weeks now, and I don’t think I have ever felt stronger from head to toe. I always leave her sessions feeling super proud of myself for some seriously hard work. Bex makes sure workouts are balanced, and one of my favorite aspects of her sessions is variety. Week after week, she keeps things fresh and interesting. Bex helped me wake up muscle groups I never knew I had, and I love the way she lifts up the women who work with her. She lets you know she is on your team and that she has your back!

If I had to describe Bex......A life changing, force of nature!
I have just finished the March "Thrive' and have just signed up to continue in April! I have never learnt so much in such a short space of time - this isn't just an 'exercise class' or a 'diet', this is knowledge, power, support, community, taking control while being supported by the most wonderful bunch of woman with Bex leading the way!
Getting up everyday and having such a positive start to the day has been such an eye opener - it has made me a better parent, partner and person. I am more productive in our business and I feel like my limits are endless. Another big thing for me is I'm not the best chef....I can now say that I can cook and I enjoy being in the kitchen. We eat so much better and have eaten some amazing food. More importantly to me is that our five year old now eats better and is trying different foods.
I feel healthy, stronger and more confident.....and it's only been four weeks!
Bex has endless energy, compassion and knowledge and she is absolutely the person you need in your life!

I joined Thrive January wishing to start the year with the right foot after doing no exercise during Christmas break but then I joined Thrive February and will be joining March too.This programme has surpassed all my expectations!! It is not only fun exercise but it involves healthy meal plans and snacks that the whole family enjoys!! On top of that, the evening sessions/discussions have given me the chance to learn about health related topics and to meet the other ladies in the group much better. We are building stronger bodies, minds and friendships! - so much needed in these strange times.

Bex is an amazing motivator who truly pushes you to push yourself. Bex takes you beyond your comfort zone whilst always showing an awareness of the individual's body and fitness level. Bex always comes prepared to a class, each session offering different exercises to keep the enthusiasm levels up. Since lockdown I’ve been taking part in Bex’s daily exercise class on Zoom. She’s such an amazing teacher and has a unique confident and clear way of communicating. As well as having gained strength and mobility, I have almost fully healed my problematic Diastasis recti (abdominal separation) from two pregnancies, which I was told would never be healed! I did Thrive January initally just for the excercise and the hope that it would fill me up to be able to support my new family and give me some routine in a strange time of transitions and pandemic. What I hadn't expected at all was how much I would get from the talks in the evenings - whilst I'm naturally quite sceptical of 'wellness' advice I found the discussion genuinely very insightful and well researched.
