I have trained with Sal for 6 weeks, genuinely loved it and saw results such as muscle mass and strength went up, visually a clear difference can be seen in my muscle growth.

I have always struggled with my weight and have had body image issues. The only thing that has ever helped me keep the weight off has been weight training, but whenever I have stopped, the weight came back on and I ended up heavier than I started.
I started training with Sal back in Nov'20. He introduced me to tools that helped me make better lifestyle choices by understanding daily food routines, ways to enjoy without feeling like I tanked. Sal has consistently monitored my schedule, gradually built up my exercise regime to include more intensive workouts. Initially I was frustrated at not losing any weight but then in the last two months, the weight has started to come down every week and I feel a change in my body as I feel stronger each time I exercise.

After years of shoulder issues and an unsuccessful surgical attempt to fix the problem, I was recommended Red Pill Fitness by a friend of mine. Really pleased I listened to them as Sal has been great at building the stability in my shoulder whilst focusing on the muscles I had neglected due to a fear of aggravating my weak point. I've been going to Salecca for about 6 months now, I found them on a recommendation, and couldn't be more happy. I have always been a runner but found the weights at most gyms quite intimidating. Salecca made this easy, giving me a great plan and making sure I stayed on form so as to not injure myself. They were also able to make a plan for when I'm traveling which I do a lot. It's always a small group working out together which makes it fun and supportive. They also have Christos who is the best physio I've ever been too. I have used Salecca as a personal training studio since August 2019. Since joining Salecca, I have rediscovered my love for exercise. They have been absolutely brilliant at patiently and professionally guiding me through my bespoke strength training plans.
They are methodical, focused and highly attentive to each client's individual needs and capabilities. After a bad injury in the gym, I'd avoided exercise for years, fearful of the same thing happening again. The great thing about the team here is that they have really taken care of things from all angles. The physio and the gym work really closely together to design your treatment and sessions so that you can progress safely.

If like me you hate the gym, this may well be the place that changes your mind. After attending the free 3 week challenge, I am now two weeks into a 6 month programme. I have lost 5 kilos and the usual 6pm energy slump has vanished.
Before starting Sal and Becs go through your health and fitness goals with you, then a nutritional consultation (after which you get clear, easy to follow advice on how to improve your diet in line with your goals), and a physical assessment. You also get a physio appointment with Christos, whose insights and recommendations are helping to reverse the effects of sitting at a desk for a couple of decades. Worth mentioning he even offered to pop to my office to adjust my desk.
The small team training sessions are attended by max 4 people, and the vibe is the opposite of what I until recently assumed all gyms to be. Sal and Becs have created an environment that is welcoming and not threatening or intimidating in the slightest.
Who knew two months ago that I would actually look forward to going to the gym?! Mental...

I attend small group training with up to 4 other people each session. Each person works on their own programme that is custom designed to their individual goals. A trainer works with us to ensure that we are using proper form and lifting safely. Nutritional support and regular catchups to discuss progress and goals ensure that I am continuously improving.
I've always wanted to lift weights but have been too scared to do it on my own. At Salecca, you are well supported, taught how to lift properly and are training with other friendly, motivated people. It's hard work but it's also great fun!

I came to Salecca not being able to walk very easily and in a fair amount of pain from a back injury... and that was after seeing 4 different physios over the preceding two months. What I needed was a different way of doing things and this is what Salecca offer that I haven't seen anywhere else, a full rehabilitation suite that combined physio (with Christos, who is the best physio I have ever had) and fascia stretching with the PTs (Sal/Becs). I've been seeing Becs twice a week for over a year now. I went to Salecca with a back injury (lower disk related) and the desire to get more active without going through some fairly intensive surgery. A year later I'm happily doing 80 mile bike rides and doing 100kg dead lifts and 69kg squats. I would never have had the confidence to load these types of weights on myself previously but Becs gave me the confidence that these exercises were safe (even with my injury) when done correctly.

I did the 21 day challenge and the weight program was great. Becs was absolutely fantastic. However, as a vegetarian, I don't think the meal plan that they advised was best suited to me. A woman does not need as much protein as they recommended. As such, I found the weight loss to be difficult. Once, I cut down the protein they recommended the pounds started to shed. However, I did lose 6 centimeters off my waist and 4 off my hips which speaks loads to what a person can accomplish in a short amount of time!

I have been with Becs and Sal for the past three months after a short break from being with a personal trainer at a national gym. I did a fair amount of looking around before settling on Salecca.I have been training with Becs for about a year now and boy, did I make the right call!! I am probably the fittest I have ever been and continue to improve with every session. I am lighter, more toned, less fatigued and overall just healthier now. Though I complain and moan to Becs every session (they are hard!!), each one of them feels like a mini achievement which motivates me further. To top it off, I can genuinely say that it is actually A LOT OF FUN to train with her. She is thoughtful and very knowledgeable when it comes to lifestyle choices, nutrition etc which as I learnt, is a major part of being healthy and fit. I cannot recommend Salecca highly enough.

I've just completed an introductory 16 session program and I'm really pleased with both the process and, most importantly, the results. The team are friendly but super focussed. This is not a posing gym! Groups of up to four people get tailored supervision at each session, ensuring each person gets a really effective workout and effort is maintained throughout. Routines are based on what the individual needs to achieve their goal and adjusted to make sure they move with their personal development. Like the strap line says...'when you're ready to get serious' give it a go.

I started with Salman around 6 months ago because my body had gone through significant wear and tear from playing too much football, spending too much time in the gym doing weights, working in an office environment not conducive to great posture, and a distinct lack of flexibility training. Having used Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) as a treatment whilst living in Canada I was keen to find someone in London who had a similar background and appreciation of what FST could deliver. I found that Salman was pretty much the only person in London that had such qualifications. Since that first day with Salman I have seen a complete change in how my body operates and a much greater understanding of how to look after myself. I had stopped playing football for 2 years due to the pain I was in from tight and pinching joints and muscles. Salman has helped to alleviate those pains through a vast array of stretches and resistance training techniques. He has also vastly improved my range of flexibility such that I recently started playing football again. What impresses me the most about Salman is his understanding of how connective the body is. Time and time again he would slightly tweak a particular stretch to take into account how my other muscles and joints were reacting to it. He has also done a lot of research outside of our sessions on what may be driving my pains and then further refining his stretches to adapt for his findings. I would highly recommend Salman to anyone who is looking to increase their flexibility and posture and, even more importantly, want to learn the techniques to maintain those results going forward. Although tough and I mean tough! These guys have managed to make dishing out 'pain' fun!? I love their attention to detail and technique knowledge - they give me confidence that I won't injure myself when lifting heavy. I never knew I was doing so many exercises incorrectly! I highly recommend Christos Kostas, a brilliant physio, whether your issues come from being desk-bound or overly athletic. His Fascia Stretch Therapy is the best I’ve encountered. He goes after the toughest knots expertly and relentlessly. This not an Enya and scented candles massage (which I also like) but real work for lasting benefit.
