Amazing experience! Lost 8% fat percentage in 3 weeks without eating less - Reece asked me to eat more!! No longer feeling bloated. Exercise is just a part of the experience with Reece - diet, lifestyle and other habits all play a part. I’m impressed at how much Reece knows all round and how effective his programme is producing results. Certainly worth it for feeling healthier and looking better!

Reece is a great trainer.
I came to the RMF gym overweight, tired and low in confidence. Through Reece's varied training workouts, nutrition advice and dietary supplements I started feeling better within the first month - stronger, leaner and more energetic.

Well I decided to join, and I’m now entering week 7 of my programme, so let me explain why I feel you should.
Before joining RMF, I would have described myself as eating healthily & moderately active, some running, gym etc. However, I was increasingly frustrated by my lack of ability to tone & develop my body. Alongside this, ever since I can remember, I have had a poor digestive system from the moment any food enters my body until it leaves - bloating, discomfort, cramps, wind and more recently bad acid reflux.
From my initial breakthrough session with Reece, it was clear this was not going to be the run of the mill PT experience, with the classic exercise programme lifted from a fitness textbook, and encouragement to pump myself full of the latest protein shakes.
Using the basic information I had provided Reece, he instantly summarised the issues I was having, identified the potential causes, and how he was confident he could work with me to turn things around. I then immediately began to follow a set dietary plan (including recommended natural supplements), working out with Reece & Sam, and adopting some meditation & a healthy bedtime routine.
Within a few days, the lifetime of bloating, discomfort, cramps & wind had subsided, a week or two later they had completely gone. Seven weeks on, and with some further adjustment, so has my acid reflux. I have increased energy, am building strength, and have significantly reduced my body fat percentage.

I was looking for a PT to get in shape for my wedding day (have used other trainers in previous years). I spoke to Reece in January 2018 to initially learn more about their process and was impressed by his detailed knowledge of the broader science behind weight loss (nutrition, stress and hormonal impact). Pleased that the team focus on a holistic approach to fitness, I decided to go ahead with the sessions.
9 months later after ups and downs with constant flying for work every week, good and bad diet, illness for 7 weeks, I went down the aisle having achieved the objective of being slimmer with some muscle built up and feeling great!
I’ve really enjoyed the strength training sessions with Sam and have learnt a great deal along the way including when and what to eat, different training techniques, dealing with injury and looking after the mind as well as body.

I started as a beginner and within 2 months I feel energetic and better in shape.
I enjoy my early morning training sessions with Sam. He is amazing professional trainer and keep me motivated.Not only the training part but guidance from Reece about choosing healthier options to eat , proper sleep and HRV is great which play important role in achieving the results .I definitely feel less bloated than before and lost 13% body fat in 6 weeks. Long story short I am one of those who managed to avoid the gym for a good 40 + years of my life. I thought it was for professionals, kids or sports fanatics and in any case what would a few hours a week change?
Well, one year on I can tell you those few hours can change a lot. I have lost 17kg (2.7 stone) my skin is perfect, my energy levels are higher, I can get into all my clothes (I had to give away loads that were falling off me) I feel more positive about the world and the world treats me so much more positively.How did I do it? Simple, I was doing as I was told by Reece Mander and his team of fantastic personal trainers.
1. I agreed to do three 1 hour sessions per week when I am not travelling for work and just follow their instructions.
2. I agreed to take some basic food supplements such as magnesium, zinc etc.
3. I followed the guidance about preferred foods and dietary advice that was provided to me by the team.
I was never hungry, and I am a person who loves to eat ( a lot).
There were no shakes or powders or any other 'miracle' fixes, just good, healthy sensible eating and hard work encouraged and complimented by the personal trainers. I never had any muscle pain or felt that I was suffering due to the exercise which was and still is tailored to my needs and planned in a truly step by step manner.
Personal training was an expense I always thought I was unable to afford, however I believe it really is all about priorities, diverting resources that you normally spend on unnecessary things and directing them into your health and body. It's the best investment you can make and the team at Reece Mander Fitness are worth every penny.

I came to Reece during a very low point in my life, I was skinny and feeling really depressed. I wanted to become stronger and Reece have certainly helped transform that - a year and a half later I'm still training with him! This is not my first review for RMF. The fact I'm writing my second review 3 years on, should tell you all you need to know about Reece and the team.
I could tell you about the numbers and how much better I look and feel now (a constant journey btw with many ups and downs), but RMF isn't just about the numbers. It's a holistic approach and EDUCATION to weight (fat) loss, nutrition, sleep, stress management, mindset, the list goes on...
This is what differentiates Reece from everyone else and the reason I am still here. He looks at the wider picture.
I had a back injury that flared up in the summer whilst away on holiday and it kept me out of action of pretty much everything including the gym. Every specialist I saw had a different opinion and different treatment plan - myofascial specialists, chiropractors, physios etc. A quick visit to Reece once I was back, and the problem he uncovered was nothing to do with my back! His treatment advice? Simple (but not so easy) stretches for my hip flexors and legs, and no weights! 10 days on, I was in zero pain (seriously). I was back training. I was back working and going about daily life as normal. Back feeling good. In two whole months, no other specialist even looked at or advised any work for me in this area.
But this is just one example. Reece has helped me with knee problems, posture, digestion, as well as fat loss. Not all of these have been quick fixes but given the time I had all these issues, the turnaround was pretty quick, and most importantly, not shortlived.
It is just an added bonus that Reece and Sam and all the clients at RMF are fun and a positive bunch. Training is always taken seriously but here it is also a laugh and it never fails to boost my mood :)
Joining RMF was scary for me as a newbie to weights, but I've never looked back. If you're thinking about joining, just do it!

Reece Mander is one of the best trainers in London. He is SO much more than a personal trainer. I first came to Reece because I had back pain as a result of work + looking after the baby.
I had a window of 3 Months before I go back to work and I just wanted to strengthen my back and core in that time.
I'm so glad I found Reece, in the 3 Months I trained with him I'm eating better, much stronger than I was previously and I have learned the tools I need to continue to strengthen my back on my own.
When I first started I couldn't even do a single squat correctly, and now I can squat 25KG and dead lift 55 KG.

I joined RMF in August after years of trying literally every diet every work out , different personal trainers different classes and gyms and nothing worked! With Reece's team i have lost inches within 3 months and the best part is I have never felt so good! Sam is an excellent pt and his motivation and positivity has helped me immensly to keep pushing my slef to the next level , where I am now much stronger. I was almost heading down the diabetes route even though I was starving my body. My sleep , my diet and my health is a 100 times better! I look good and feel amazing! Training at RMF is about so much more than 'losing weight.' I started training at the start of 2017 when I decided that I was fed up of always feeling rubbish. I needed something to shift. For me, this journey was never just about looking better or getting to a certain size. It was about feeling better, transforming mindset, being happier and ultimately- trying to change my life for the better. I completed the initial three month programme training with the amazing Faye and had fab results. In turn, I felt better and was happier.
As with all things, staying motivated is difficult. Life happens and things get in the way. I continued training but could see that things started to dip. I took some time out, because I was finding it overwhelming to try and keep on top of everything - work, home life, training and doing them all well. I thought I could try and train on my own, now that I had learnt some of the basics of weight training (something I had never done before RMF and used to be massively intimidated by). I joined Gymbox and even tried out another PT and spoke to a few other PTs elsewhere who charged less (for a reason). I was pleased that RMF had given me the confidence to go and train alone at a gym and use weights (!) but it wasn't enough.
I started to struggle with some recurrent injuries. I have longstanding back issues, ankle issues and hyper mobility and probably a few other things that I don't know! Despite being away from RMF for a few months, Reece always kept in touch to make sure I was doing okay. Even from a distance, he knew I wasn't.
It took one phone call with Reece to get me back to RMF, this time training with Reece himself, to help me work through my injuries and get stronger. This part of my RMF journey has been totally different to when I first started.
Reece is not 'just' a PT. He gets people. He cares. And he can tell instantly what you are about and what you need. It is never just about lifting the weights and putting the work in. That is actually the smallest element of what you get, from training with Reece. His holistic approach comes down to wellbeing. How to be the best version of you. Yes physically, but mentally and emotionally too - and even spiritually. When you're at the gym, it doesn't feel like you are at just any gym. It becomes a place where you can escape, refocus, realign and reset.
How many PTs do you know that make you write five things you're grateful for on the whiteboard before you start training? Or insist on activities like meditation, reading, grounding, getting away from technology, spending time with your family, sleeping before you even get to the gym?
If you want to lose fat, get hench- whatever it might be - then yeah, this is the place to be. But if you are looking to transform your entire mindset and approach to the kind of life you want to live - then this is definitely the place to be.
I am still on my journey. I still often feel rubbish. But I'm still committed to this process. And I'm still here. The me pre 2017, would not have got this far.

Highly recommended, RMF is the best gym I have ever been to, I had been trying to lose weight for the past two years but didn’t drop a single pound! When I went to visit RMF I was skeptical and hopeless but I gave it a try and now after less than a month I can say that I lost 10% BODY FAT. I have never been happier in my life. I wish I found these guys sooner. Reece is such a nice and knowledgeable guy. The day of my consultation he explained everything to me about diet ,exercise, hormonal changes in body and even how lack of sleep can affect weight loss which waS quite interesting.I love the atmosphere of the gym and all trainers are amazing and friendly particularly my trainer, Sam Smith who is incredible and helps me a lot.

RMF has changed the trajectory of my life.
Prior to starting training I felt absolutely knackered on a daily basis. I was so exhausted that on the weekends I would sleep through much of the day just to rejuvenate. I felt sluggish. I was constantly bloated and hungry. I had gone up 2 dress sizes in three years. I wasn’t happy with how I looked or felt.
Over five months I went from a 14 to a 10 UK dress size. I have substantially increased my energy levels and have lifted my brain fog. The bloating is gone. Reece has literally picked me off the floor and has been slowly getting me back in shape not only in body but in mind. I was at rock bottom when I came to Reece via a friend's recommendation. I was so sceptical as have had various PTs over the years with little or no results but I was exhausted, stressed and desperate to increase my energy levels.
Reece asked me certain questions, provided me with supplements (that I only thought were for serious gym bunnies) as I was lacking certain minerals such as zinc and magnesium ( I had no idea?!), what food groups to eat and stay away from. Reece got me lifting weights, which again I was dubious about as didn't want to become butch but actually I'm eating more than ever before (and I love my food!), I've lost weight and gained muscle mass (I didn't even know what that was before!) and seem to have this bizarre goal of wanting to do a chin up. Sounds simple but you try it!
With hand on heart I would recommend Reece without a moments hesitation, he’s not only got the patience of a saint with endless enthusiasm but he genuinely cares about you getting results.

In 2009 I went through a routine hysterectomy surgery which unfortunately took a dramatic turn. This had resulted in me having 7 other surgeries to rectify the first one I had undertaken in 2009. Since then my life was never the same and I’ve been declared disabled. As you can imagine I had lost all confidence within myself, as I had to adapt to this new life style change. As of now, I have issues with my bladder and bowel. I also suffer from extreme high blood pressure, which resulted in me taking six tablets a day.
I endure months of antibiotics and other medication during my years of recovery; however, my biggest battle is with food. I am unable to digest food like normal people because anything I eat has me going to the bathroom.
My new years resolution was to attend the gym for 2018; to get fitter and lose weight because I have been stuck on 12 stone two pounds since 2011 and being petite is not a healthy weight. Unfortunately, no matter how hard I worked out I was still stuck on the same weight.
I was recommended by someone who trains with Reece and she explained my situation to him. Following from her recommendation, I had schedule a consultation with him the following week. I had a brief call with Reece before I came to RFM so that he understood my situation. I have seen many doctors who have recommend numerous of methods to help me with my food battle however, no one has spent time to learn and understand my lifestyle and to break everything down.
The day of my consultation, I met Reece who was extremely honest and said he will try his best in helping me but most of the work I would need to do by myself. The strangest thing he said, was that he would treat me as though I have had my Gallbladder removed. I thought that was a strange comment as I was convinced I still had my Gallbladder. Nevertheless, I had recently discovered from my doctor that this was the case, my gallbladder was in fact removed. I came away from the consultation feeling very good because it was the first time someone had actually gone into depth, broke it down from the beginning about how I was feeling, and gave me advice to do with me and not what guidelines suggested. I also was advised to take supplements.
The first two days I noticed a difference in my stomach, I was not feeling bloated or nauseous and I felt more energetic.
I would admit I struggle with the diet that Reece had set for me at first but it’s been 6 weeks now and I am a stone lighter ( not intentionally) and I am not longer going to the bathroom as much. Reece also suggested I should not put my body through stress of exercising until we understand the food battle however, Reece advised I should continue with walking and try Yoga ( something I thought I would never do but now I love it).
I still have issues with my stomach but it is still early days. However, I do feel more confident with the progress and as a result; I have achieved so much in such a short space of time, even though I have a long way to go with my lifestyle change. I have learned so far, it is all about how I feel on the inside and the key to any success is to stay motivated!. Lastly, I would like to say I am grateful for the person who referred Reece to me and a even bigger thank you to Reece for giving me my confidence back.

I have to say, this review is way over due.
I feel blessed and lucky meeting Reece - RMF founder while I was looking in google search trying to find the right person to help me out (I will briefly explain shortly why).
I walked into Reece’s GYM with a walking Stick and in 2 weeks’s time after training with Reece, I started to walk without the need of the stick.
I have to tell you that everybody in Reece’s team is amazing but Reece is another level of sincerity and care, this guy genuinely cares about his clients’ well beings.
Very little background of my recent medical history, I have had few injuries and just to name a few lower back surgery April 2017 accompanied with Sciatica pain down the left leg with loss of sensation couple of toes, I have also been told by a very experienced Hip Consulatant that I will eventually need a right hip joint replacement within 5 years from now and I’m only 41 yrs young. In Dec 2015, I have had a left shoulder’s blade and tendon surgery having the same problem in my right shoulder.
With 2 discs in the lower back, 3 in the neck.
High blood pressure and Cholterol medication and history......sorry guys, I’m trying to give you a brief background sharing with you that regardless of all of these problems, of you need help, ask for it and Reece is your man, he will tell you what to eat, give you the right nutrition supplements, program your work out for you... all you need to do is trust him and follow his guidance; invest your time, effort and naturally money to get to where you need to be.
Forget about scale, Reece is getting me physically and mentally stronger every time I go to my work out session.

I’m grateful to the great and knowledgeable Reece for losing Circa 11 Kgs in almost 2 months and half; I didn’t starve or do carzy workouts, my BMI was reduced by 15.5% and ignoring the scale because it doesn’t tell you how stronger you are getting because o feel stronger and better as I progress in my workouts knowing how difficult is to program for all my injuries.
I’m 41 years young, 186cm and I have reached a better weight 84.8 kgs than my uni time (more than 20 years ago)thanks to Reece’s help, guidance and support.
I can keep going on and on talking about how much this guy helped me and still helping me reducing my stress, BP, better sleep,HR level which he monitors every day in order for him to decide what’s the best exercise plan for the day, give me the right supplements and dietary plan which suits my needs, his goal is to get me better and stronger than my yesterday’s ME so I may avoid any future surgeries or recover quickly if I will be obliged to go through another one.
Guys- if you need to get into a better shape, better Health, stamina, endurance and get stronger and better than you were... Yes, we all know that personal trainers aren't "cheap" but I strongly believe that you get what you put in and the same goes for your commitment to getting in shape. Prior to joining RMF gym, I was a PT sceptic, particularly those "before and after" pictures that don't even look like the same person! However, I have been training at RMF gym since March 2015 and in that time I have lost nearly 12% body fat. In the past 3 weeks, I have dropped a whopping 6% body fat! And I am currently eating even more than I was back in March!!
I am feeling so much stronger, looking leaner and learning more about my body all the time. Even my sleep quality has improved.

Reece is actually the most patient genius. Each session is tailored to your specific needs and ability. I work shift work and thought it might be a problem, but he is that dedicated to helping you reach your goals that he will find a way to make it work. He is not selfish with his knowledge and any little question that you want to know the answer to, no matter how stupid (is gravy a carb), he will answer. Reece and the other trainers are full of encouragement and fun. Everybody who also trains there is really really lovely. If you want to change your body composition then you definitely need to call him and you will never look back. 4 months in, I was back in my old jeans! Stress levels reduced, diet plan included and supplements. I even sleep better at night. Plus, I'm stronger and leaner than before - and thats definitely not a bad thing. Reece Mander = life changer.

RMF is NOT a gym, it is SO MUCH MORE. I went to Reece with an injury on my right foot and left knee - I hadn't walked for almost 10 weeks, to top it up, I am a diabetic.
Reece helped me to learn balance again, walk up/down the stairs like a normal human and to top it off.. he is helping me regulate my bloodsugars ! I keep a food/insulin diary and he keeps a close eye on it and has encouraged me to get a device that tracks my sugar levels in an instant and he ALSO gets an update (so donuts are kinda out of reach)

Before I joined RMF I had reached a plateau in my weight loss and was struggling to shift the baby weight. I was tired all the time and lacked energy. I’ve been training here for 7 weeks now and have lost over a stone in weight and 9 percent body fat.....something I never thought would be possible. I really appreciated the tailored approach they have here and the focus on wellbeing.The assessment is thorough when you first come in and they adapt the training and the food plan to your needs as you progress. It was hard at the beginning, but the team is so supportive and motivating and have even got rid of the skeptic within me! I feel so much better in myself and more positive. My sleep has significantly improved and I don’t need to nap with the baby during the day anymore. I’m more focused and productive as well in other aspects of my life. Reece is a brilliant coach. He's generous with his knowledge and tailors each exercise and nutritional programme to each specific client. I've experienced this personally - he has taken me through 3 blocks of completely different programmes over the last 8 months, starting with high frequency sessions tailored to fat loss, followed by a period of working around a serious injury (incurred outside of his gym!) to maintain and build muscle mass, and more recently a ramp up/ more rehab based programme.
He somehow manages to keep the training effective, challenging, safe, and varied all at the same time. Would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to improve their body composition!

In 8 weeks including my Birthday, a week long work trip abroad and Christmas parties I lost 2” all over and went from 40% body fat to low 20s. Before I joined RMF, I had tried so many different diets and exercise but the weight was either not coming off or coming off very slowly. I didn't have energy, felt tired most of time, was easily irritated and I would wake up numerous times during the night.
Well that has all changed now...

The fitness industry subscribes women to a relentless aim to achieve the 'perfect bikini body'....at any cost. And the gains...well, achievable they may be but sustainable they are not.

When I first joined RMF I received: a 1:1 consultation, a personalised food plan, a 12 week training progranme and a whole lot of supplements that I could barely pronounce....12 weeks and 36 sessions later I was down on bf, up in muscle mass, sleeping better, feeling more positive and bouncing with energy!
After the 12 week programme I stuck with it...regularly reviewing goals, switching up workouts, focusing on hormonal balance and introducing new foods. All the things that usual 'bikini body' diets and workouts fail to incorporate.
