I was recommended Martyn by my physiotherapist and we have worked together post my recovery period for me to rebuild my strength. Martyn was an exceptional PT, he was very knowledgeable, his workouts were always varied mixing strength training with other functional exercises and calisthenics. The workouts he designs were tailored to my needs and fitness level. I would recommend Martyn to anyone who is looking for experienced PT with extensive knowledge!

Martyn’s no ordinary PT. He takes your health as seriously as his own, and will send links, make recommendations, and follow up to make sure your whole health journey continually improves. Martyn’s steady, non-nonsense (but humor filled) approach to training has certainly changed me for the better and I’d recommend him to anyone! He can handle 1:1 or groups with ease.

I’ve always been a chubby kid and over time I developed an unhealthy relationship with food. Despite going to the gym regularly, running a marathon and jumping on any bandwagon being peddled by the fitness magazines, nothing seemed to work. Frustration reigned supreme. Training with Martyn has changed my outlook completely. Workouts are varied and fun, yet still push me. Rather than focusing on lifting ever increasing weights for its own sake, Martyn makes me focus on form and has been instrumental in increasing my back mobility, which was almost nonexistent thanks to my desk job. Also, I’ve been able to shed the pounds and keep them off without going through some drastic over-restrictive diets. But don’t take my word for it. Martyn’s results speak for themselves!

Martyn is the perfect PT for busy professionals.
I was never a big fan of exercise and gyms before meeting Martyn. Soon after turning 40, I figured I’ll either have to start strengths training now or face the prospect of hip replacement surgery a couple of decades down the road 😂
Thank goodness I have Martyn as my PT. He is always attentive during sessions, and varies our training such that they are never boring. Before meeting Martyn I used to suffer from backache a lot. I do notice that I don’t suffer from backache anymore since I started training with him.
I’ve been going to him three times a week for about 6 months now, and I would highly recommend him to busy professionals who are looking for effective and enjoyable PT sessions.
