I Have been training with Darragh for a while now, after using a few personal trainers in the past I have always seemed to lose interest. But since training with resist fitness I have found myself enjoying the sessions and looking forward to going back each week. After picking up an injury (at work) and not being able to train for 4 weeks, Darragh stayed in contact every step of the way making sure we could look at different options to still achieve my goals and staying on track the best we could! Training at resist has improved my lifestyle for the better all round. I couldn’t recommend this enough. He’s there every step of the way and nothing is ever to much to ask.

I began training with Darragh in October 2020, after an introductory session to the gym and an in depth discussion with Darragh about the results I wanted from the gym he created a detailed and fully customised plan for me to follow with him in the gym.
Within the last 7 months I’ve benefitted hugely from Darragh’s expert knowledge and understanding of the gym and his equipment, not only have I seen significant physical benefits but the mental benefit has been incredible. Darragh is always patient and understanding of my limits and will happily repeat demonstrations should I not understand.
To anyone preferring a more personalised, more motivating and more comfortable gym experience I highly recommend resist fitness for this.

My daughter and I commenced twice weekly fitness and boxing sessions with Darragh in September, and have already noticed a huge difference in our increased energy levels. By keeping a food diary, we are now far more aware of what we eat and drink throughout the day, and it has allowed us to make changes to enjoy a much healthier lifestyle.
We have planned exercise routines, and Darragh always ensures the warm ups and techniques are done correctly so as to avoid any injuries. He is focused on helping us achieve our goals by making each session challenging and rewarding, and encourages and motivates us to push ourselves to work to the very best of our ability. He also sets goals outside of each workout session to keep the momentum going and, as a result, we have been able to see visible improvements.
Doing the workouts with my daughter has been enjoyable¸ and I am only sorry that it has taken us so long to embark on a course of fitness training, but glad we chose Resist Fitness, as being able to schedule the sessions in the comfort of our own home has made all the difference.
