Before I started training here, I hated exercising in any form, but now I work out 3-4 times a week because I have really experienced the benefits of exercise. I've trained with Laura since late 2019 in the gym and online, and it's kept me healthy and sane during the pandemic. Laura is super knowledgeable and motivational and continues to plan various types of regiments so that I can work on my goals. Training with Laura has not only made me stronger in general, but has also helped with managing the pain I have in my knees and lower back. Everyone else at the gym is very welcoming as well, and it's just a great environment to work out in. Highly recommend this studio :)

Zoom video training with Revolution City Personal Training studios has been really enjoyable during lockdown and now in the build-up to my wedding day this summer during which I’ve started a more intensive workout regime.
My PT Will has been with me every step of the way, checking in regularly to keep me accountable, creating a sustainable food plan I can stick to so I get the right nutrition for this transformation, and delivering challenging sessions whilst always encouraging me and keeping the atmosphere fun and friendly.

I can't recommend this studio enough! The team are so lovely and welcoming, and they help you get serious results. I've trained with Laura for over a year now and her enthusiasm and knowledge have helped me to become stronger, fitter and leaner. I used to see exercise as a chore, but now I look forward to training every week. If you want to get fit and have fun while doing it, this is the place. So much better than a regular gym!

I was unfortunate to get injured with a major leg injury, but fortunate to be able to work strength and rehab at Revolution. The trainers understood my demanding needs (I'm a professional circus artist) from a strength perspective, and tailored my workout to avoid any stress to the injury. I left after 12 weeks in better shape than I was before my injury. These guys are professional and truly are PERSONAL trainers. I will miss my workouts and the entire staff!

My 12 weeks PT sessions were fantastic. James my PT put a lot of hard work in to my training and the results were a lot better than i thought. I started at a weight of 92.2 kilos's and a metabolic age of 66 and i'm only 59. After my last session and WOW I am now at 86 kilos and have a metabolic age of 59 ( which is my age hooray) Don't get me wrong this was not easy but the commitment and encouragement you get from not just James my PT but from the whole crew keeps you going. I needed to commit as well as my time I had to commit to a new lifestyle eating healthy, drinking lots of water and still enjoy my life and have my cheat day, but work harder the next session. The journey has only started for me. The engine has had a jump start and I am now firing on all cylinders.

Excellent gym and fantastic PTs! I've been going to Robyn for almost a year, she is always so enthusiastic and keeps me motivated and working hard. I googled revolution after seeing their adverts on my commute to work at Bank station, and after reading some of the success stories online i decided to give it a ago and try their free taster session. I have not looked back. Since August 2016 when I joined and started training with Charlie I have developed a whole new outlook on a lot of things. I have a lot more energy, and I look forward to going to the gym - even the 6.30 am starts! The training studio is clean and equipped with all the gym equipment you could ever need and the atmosphere is brilliant. I never felt intimidated which I had had done at previous personal training gyms. Everybody is so friendly, they greet you by name (not just your trainer) and really make a point of learning about you. Charlie is a brilliant trainer and I would recommend him and the gym to anyone.

"Fantastic place with a great and varied training routine"
I have been training with Revolution for 3 years. For the past 17 months, I have been training with the brilliant Laura Martin. Over the past year we have been in lock down so we have been training virtually to great effect. Looking forward to getting back to the gym but being able to mix it with some virtual training. The result is that I am in great shape.

Absolutely love training with the Revolution team! I signed up four months ago to train with Will and I've never been fitter or happier! Not only have I lost two stone but I've also learned so much about nutrition, and how to select and do the right exercises to achieve my fitness goals. Plus, I am no longer scared of the free weight section in the gym! All the Revolution team are encouraging, friendly and so much fun but Will is absolutely brilliant. The biggest challenge is completing my reps without laughing. Would definitely recommend!

Personal Training taken to the next level! I have trained in multiple gyms in the past but there is something really special about Revolution. Every single workout is tailored to your needs and progress and you walk away feeling you're a step closer to reaching your goal. Not all gyms are created equal!
If like me you are looking at a specific target - lean muscle, less fat, better overall fitness - Revolution is the perfect gym. I did some research before joining and revolution ticked all the boxes - I was looking to get results, be focused and enjoy my sessions. In the two months since joining I've had great results, really enjoyed working with both the trainers I've worked with and look forward to each session.

I have been training at Revolution for almost 4 months and I have gone from being mortified that I can’t execute a basic lunge to being ridiculously excited at the prospect of training to be able to do pull ups! I give all of the credit to the wonderful team here, especially my awesome trainer James Feeney, who patiently built up my strength and range session by session until I could appreciate the progress for myself. I don’t believe you will find a friendlier, more positive environment to achieve your fitness goals anywhere in this City, and their enthusiasm is contagious!

He’s constantly supporting and motivating me to push harder, do better and up my game – plus – he’s fun to work with and is a brilliant boxing coach! Revolution City is exactly what gyms should be like. Great friendly atmosphere, a variety of trainers who work brilliantly with their clients, modern equipment, SPACE, and good times. Will Cloke is awesome and the other trainers can step in at any point for a change of scene, or holiday cover, or if you're squeezing in more sessions. Throughly recommend for all but particularly those who think gyms can't possibly be fun. These guys will change your mind in a heartbeat.

This new studio is brilliant. All super high tech & fully equipped. I usually hate working out, but after my first session I felt trimmer already, having burnt some serious calories. I also had a lot of fun- it's really welcoming, like your working out with mates. I can highly recommend Will as a trainer.

So I cannot speak highly enough about Revolution. I've been going for almost a whole year and have trained with quite a few of the trainers around holidays etc.
The gym itself is perfect, they treat you like family so you don't feel self conscious or scared to go in (or like usual gyms, dread going in).
Everyone is so friendly and helpful and no matter what mood you go in in or how tired you are, you always come out smiling .
There is enough equipment so you don't have to wait for it to come free (or can do alternative exercises), and the best part is that there are only ever personal trainers with their clients there, so you don't have to work out in front of an entire gym full of people.
Sometimes there are only 4 or 6 people in the gym in total.
(Promise they're not paying me to write this!)
Omari is absolutely awesome, he goes above and beyond to help you meet your goals, will write you plans to do at home or another gym around your sessions, go through food diaries if you want him to, and is so so good at coming up with ways to train around injuries. He is really good at motivating and also makes training really fun, honestly.
Josh is also completely awesome. Again, like Omari, he really takes the time to demonstrate and explain exercises, helping you to understand exactly why you are doing it and genuinely cares for his clients. He really really helps you get results and is happy to help or answer any questions. And is so positive, no matter what.
I genuinely love them both! They've helped me shrink so much, but more importantly, get stronger and fitter each week.
What's also great about this place is that there are also physio and Pilates available and they all speak to each other (if you want them to). I've got a multitude of injuries, and Josh and Omari have really taken the trouble to work with my physio and Pilates instructor to work out ways around what I can't (or shouldn't) do, so I still get results.
I went in desperately overweight and unfit and after a year I still have a little way to go, but every week I see progress, and if I wasn't injured and was a bit more disciplined when not in the gym I'm sure I would have got to where I want to months ago, even injured!
I think the best example of how awesome this place is though, is when I went in with my foot in a moon boot and they produced a bouquet of flowers for me - what other gym in the country would do that?!
Seriously, don't hesitate. But do get your banter ready as you'll need it :) !!
I didn't think I'd be able to afford going for as long as I have, but frankly after years of dipping in and out of personal training and joining different gyms, I think they may be stuck with me, as I'd be gutted if my week didn't include my sessions there (although remind me of this when I'm mid session and the colour of a tomato!)

Revolution has revolutionised my life!!
I googled personal trainers EC3A when I was feeling very low, unfit and unhealthy and wanting to find a solution and somewhere to go straight after work - and I’m so glad I found Revolution.
The gym wasn’t what I expected - it’s not intimidating full of testosterone filled men, it’s a very friendly open and welcoming environment and the male and female personal trainers are all so lovely and approachable. The facilities include free towels, hot showers, shampoo and hairdryers (important for being able to go on a night out after your gym session!) and it’s in a great central location by the Gherkin.
I signed up for the 12 week transformation programme. Josh was my trainer and he was amazing. I had never been to a gym before so didn’t know a barbell from a dumbbell. He listened to what I wanted to achieve and helped me every step of the way. Nutrition is an important part and Josh was excellent in providing advice not just in the gym sessions but throughout the week answering all my WhatsApp’s as I started to learn about food and what to eat. In the 12 weeks I went from 40.4 % body fat to 29.5% ; 9 st 2lb to 8 stone 2lb and lost 16.5 inches. But what I hadn’t expected was the massive mental and emotional change. I feel stronger, calmer and much better equipped to cope with stress of a hectic city job. And the best thing is this isn’t a quick win fad - i’ve enjoyed Revolution so much I’ve carried on training here with Josh and have gone on to loose a further 5 lbs and 5.8% body fat. I really can’t recommend them highly enough - give their free taster session a go and you won’t regret it.

Got recommendation from friend.... Decided to give it a try... Very good way to start at gym, as is smaller and really personal, amazing, friendly and supportive trainers. Good way to learn your way around gym, weight exercises and generally workouts...
If you commit yourself, they will support you all the way and you will definitely see results.

I am currently going through my second stint with Revolution City and Omari. Omari makes going to the gym bearable with his infectious personality and passion. Omari takes great time to understand your goals and help you achieve them but the best thing for me is that I enjoy my sessions and leave the gym with a smile on my face. I first started using the studio after a recommendation from a work colleague with a focus on getting back into fitness rather than weight loss. The sessions were a refreshing change compared to previous PT sessions I have experienced. After suffering a ruptured achilles and torn calf in the summer of 2017 whilst playing football I have continued to use the PT in conjunction with the onsite physio and pilates services as part of my rehabilitation. I am well on the way to recovery and currently on a programme with an aim of losing weight and reducing my body fat. I would highly recommend the studio and believe the interaction between the three providers on site provides a service that cannot be matched elsewhere.

Attended revolution recently. From the outside much like all places around bury street, seems more office or bank, but down the stairs into Revolution your invited into a fresh looking, highly equiped and professionally staffed top quality and serious training environment. Has everything you need to reach your goals.
