R.Attended the Paediatric First Aid course on 8/1/2022 at Bow, Stratford, London. It was paid for by my employer, so cannot comment on the value.
Met the owner of Riverside Cares on the day of the course. She comes across as genuine, warm, friendly and has a wealth of expertise in this area.
She and her male colleague, another expert, shared helpful information throughout the day, i.e. use of the 'What3Words' app to detect location in an emergency. Both experts gave clear guidance, particularly during the practical elements. My confidence has increased. I know what steps to take in an emergency and how much pressure to apply for CPR, besides the recovery position.
Received feedback on my theory questions, the practical day and my certificate quickly. Thank you. Would recommend Riverside Cares to others.

We had plenty of opportunities to ask bespoke questions related to baby care etc and to revisit anything which we felt like we needed a little more practise at. S. C.Attended a first aid course with this provider and the classroom was in a church. Chairs spaced out from each student however no desk/table to write on and just sat on fold up chairs which isn’t the most comfortable when your sitting for 8 hours straight. Teacher was lovey however didn’t pay enough attention to properly assess my demonstration. Also after I attended I rang to change my address and was told to leave feedback in the email which is “part of the evaluation” which it isn’t as it’s just a feedback form I genuinely felt forced into leaving a good review to get my pass result/certificate.

When looking at various course like for like riverside was the best value with offering a discount at the time. However even without the discount it was very well priced. Great vertual classroom learnings, first aid & DBS check. It all ran smoothly & I’d highly recommend doing any course with them. Very happy!.
O. M.I attended to Paediatric First Aid course with this lovely company last week Saturday. This wasn't my first time taking a course from Riverside Cares. I first heard about this company through my previous nursery I worked for (Montessori On The Park).
The nursery chose to use Riverside Cares Training over years and years.
When I found out I'll be nannying in September, I knew I had to take this course with Riverside Cares, as the quality of the course wouldn't have been delivered elsewhere.
Prior to attending the face to face lesson, I had to complete the E - Learning.
The information provided in the E - Learning was as great and I learned so much.
The lesson was held in a church building at Merchant St (This was a temporary training place due to covid-19)
At arrival we were provided with antibacterial hand gels and the seats were placed 2m apart from learners.
Jill and Rita delivered yet the best Paediatric First Aid lesson I have been part of in the past 12 years. I highly recommend Riverside Cares training. Jill and team are always professional and helpful.
