Dave is an amazing PT, he has been the best trainer and nutritionist coach I’ve ever had. He is super focused and positive, always prepared and willing to adjust workouts to meet my needs whilst still achieving my goals. His support helped give me confidence in lifting heavy weights in a safe manner and saw a me transform my physique into the best shape of my life. Thanks to him I have gained skills that I will have for the rest of my life, plus the journey was fun which can’t be said for all trips to the gym!

This is a brilliant new personal training facility in east London. The fit out is excellent and provides a range of resistance options for the novice, expert or (like me) person wanting to get back into shape. It is never crowded as it’s personal training only and I’ve seen all ages and levels of fitness so I think everyone will feel comfortable. What makes it excellent though are the team - I’ve only worked with David who is brilliant - encouraging, knowledgeable, friendly and willing to push but the rest of the team seem equally good. Thoroughly worth a visit regardless of your goals.

For my first ever PT experience, I couldn't have asked for a better person then Dave. First of all, get yourself a trainer that gets you coffee at every single session!!! Dave is knowledgeable, patient, attentive, and tailors his nutrition plan and training sessions to the client. He is encouraging not guilt tripping you if you slip and have an indulging day in your diet. He tracks your progress and adjust both diet and sessions accordingly. I can't recommend Dave enough! Dave's approach to health and fitness really works for me. I've worked with a fair number of other PTs in the past and have always found their manner too aggressive and macho but Dave manages to work you hard and get results without that. He is laid back, approachable and always makes me feel at ease. But it's not just about personality, Dave is very knowledgeable about not just strength training but mobility too. He's also an expert on nutrition and will tailor an approach that works for you. Personally I couldn't ask for more from a PT.
