I started personal training in January with Sophie and have loved every minute! We did zoom calls throughout lockdown and she showed me just how much you can do with a mat and a resistance band. I hated the gym before but Sophie has given me the confidence and the want to get stronger and fitter!! Only stopped because i moved away.
For anyone who struggles with exercise, I couldn't recommend Sophie enough :) she keeps track of your progress and is on hand at all times for any moral support needed! (I can now do 10 real press ups!!)

Sophie is a great Personal Trainer! During my 1-2-1 sessions she helped me to improve my strengths and to understand better the technique for certain exercises. She is also really good at finding different ways of doing exercise if you feel uncomfortable or ache. I would definitely recommend her!

This fitness class is excellent. You really feel a sense of achievement at the end of the hour! Very challenging, fun, friendly class. Each week your strength and endurance increase. Tutor, Sophie, has real expertise and provides plenty of motivation and encouragement. Definitely recommend it.
