Where do I start? Sarah has changed my life forever. Just over 2 years ago I couldn’t walk without limping. I was in constant discomfort. I was diagnosed with early onset of osteoarthritis and fibber myalgia. I was offered steroid injections, which I refused. Instead I started working with Sarah on strengthening the muscles surrounding my joints. She insisted on no high impact exercise and very little cardio for the first 6 months, just strengthening. As a result, 2 years later, I am working out for a minimum of 3 days every week, sometimes 4. This includes HIT training, boot camps and running. I honestly never thought I’d be able to do this. I cannot thank Sarah enough. I love working out with her. Her knowledge, expertise and genuine interest in my fitness story continues to drive my motivation to stay fit and healthy every day.

Sarah and her classes have kept me in such good spirits for the last 6 months. I really missed it over the lockdown period.
