Steph is absolutely amazing! She is extremely friendly, bubbly and most of all professional.
I would not hesitate in recommending her as a PT. She keeps you motivated, constantly checks in regarding diet and most of all adjusts exercise based on body type, endurance and ability.
I lost up to 10kg with Steph within the first 2 months!
If you are looking for that additional emotional support and a unique tailored experience, Steph is your PT.

Stephs a great personal trainer and I loved working out with her in the gym. I saw great results and she made sure the workouts were fun for me ( for instance I hated traditional cardio on the treadmill so instead we would do some kickboxing). She hit the right balance between keeping things challenging and fun. Even with the many lockdowns, she always offered online or outdoor workout options making sure never to compromise on progress ( sorry I didn't always take you up on those options Steph) . She was also really good about offering advice on diet too. Steph is really approachable, knowledgable and i learnt alot during my time with her.This is a genuine recommendation, no BS. Workouts are never easy but trust Steph to make them fun and get you results.

I found Steph Rodrigues online this past May 2021 while I was on an extended stay (four months) in a hotel in Paddington. During this period we met two, sometimes three, days a week for one hour sessions in my hotel room. I had pain in my knee, my back, my neck and was generally stressed out because I was there to take care of a family emergency. Furthermore at the end of 2019 I suffered a heart attack and in January 2021, unbeknown to me till May, I contracted and recovered from COVID-19.
I was very fortunate to find Steph. It was the best investment I made while in London. The training was spectacular and intense, more so because we didn’t have lots of space. In that hour we began with cardio, then strength training, followed by isometric exercises, then stretching. This program gave me a path to build physical strength, increase flexibility and mobility and to be able to do such things as go on long- distance bike rides (from Paddington to Hempstead Heath and back), mile swims at the Kenwood Ladies’ Pond, walks around London, despite my aches and pains and advanced years. It became easier to do everything without being winded.
Furthermore, because of this serious exercise regime, I was able to continue my training when I returned to New York.
Steph is a serious professional and an athlete who understands how transformative a guided exercise program can be, both physically and mentally. It was so for me. She was both trainer and healer and I can’t imagine coming back to London without training with her. I was lucky to find her.
