Training is multidimensional; targets the mind as much as the body. The programming is tailored to meet you where you are in the fitness journey and every session is an eye opener into your own ability to perform at your best.
Sam is focused on loading your body correctly, learning the movement pattern, understanding why the exercises must be done in a certain way or sequence. As a bonus, the music is awesome, and the sessions are fun.
Strengthlab 407 is synonym with top notch strength and conditioning training, a first class ticket to sucess!

Excellent knowledge and coaching techniques in a fully equipped, convenient, clean and modern gym space. I wanted to supplement my regular gym sessions with some boxing work and correct my form that had gotten sloppy oven the years. Not only do I leave my sessions with Sam on a cloud 9 endorphin (albeit sweaty) rush, I have gotten stronger and fitter when training alone. Winning all around! I would highly recommend Strength Lab 407 if you want to improve your fitness, strength, well being or simply just your happiness levels :)

Sam is fantastic. I trained with him through pregnancy and post birth. He is highly professional and motivating and really knows his stuff. He is intuitive and knows just how and when to push you.
