One of the best things about my recent move to London was discovering SW Fitness at Jubilee Hall Gym. My first contact with Steve was professional -- he asked the right questions and figured out the best match for me. For the last six months Paul and I have been working together and it's one of the best training experiences I have had. Paul knows when/how to push me and, occasionally, when to ease off. He's attentive to me throughout the session and is a great guy to chat with to make the hour go by quickly. I've made visible (to me and others) progress in my form and fitness. Thanks to Paul and Steve (and Sam too)!

I signed up with SW Fitness just over a year ago. In that time, I've greatly improved my health, strength and stamina. My mates have noticed the difference which is always good to hear. It's hard work, but worth it. I really look forward to the sessions as well. It's never dull, we try new things and everyone in the team, (Steve, Paul and Sam) are brilliant. I've trained with all three and they know what they are doing, we have a laugh and they make it fun. I totally recommend them.
