I've worked with Antonio for a couple of years now. The workouts are hard but great fun and very rewarding!
Antonio himself is very friendly, flexible and a great motivator.

We have been using Anthony for a year now and we can’t rate him high enough!
Personable, calm and very motivating. He has set us achievable and realistic goals and is never repetitive in his style.
He doesn’t believe that you need to kill yourself to get great abs and arms etc but will get your heart rate up without giving you a heart attack.
He listens to you and tweaks his workouts depending on how you feel ie had a really bad week so let’s do more of this or have a sore leg lets do this instead of that ie he is adaptable in his style of training to suit you rather than what he wants to do
