Taj has helped me massively. I have had hip and shoulder issues due to hyper mobility and he explained to me what I need to be doing to improve strength around these problem areas. He was precise and very thorough when we were training, and made sure that I knew the full extent as to why we were doing the exercises we were. He was very patient and I like his calm yet encouraging temperament. We concentrated on building lower body strength. Taj also helped me understand the importance of after care and how to divide my sessions up more productively focusing on one thing at at time rather than everything all at once. I really hate asking for help in the gym but with Taj’s help I was actually able to overcome one of my most intimidating exercises I’ve yet to try which was the barbell bench press. There were some other people at the time in the gym and to be honest they were putting me off my decision to try a set but I’m so glad I just worked up the courage to ask for help because not only did I get awesome guidance but he actually explained it in a really matter of fact way and was able to answer my questions perfectly.
Super duper friendly and very willing to help. So I’d definitely consider some PT sessions if ever I wanted them. Thank you so much, Taj!

Ever since I have started my training sessions with Taj I have seen my performance improve remarkably. These sessions consisted of intense circuit training and endurance workouts that would make the difference. Notably, in my Boxing championship final win where my fitness and strength proved effective and gave me the advantage over the more skilled opponent as I was able to throw more punches and keep the pace for the entire fight whilst finishing strong.
What a blessing it is to have been introduced to Taj and I would recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their fitness or anything else sport related.

Training with Taj was the best decision I made two years ago. Taj will find a fun and innovative way to get you moving no matter the circumstance - we've trained in gyms, outdoors, at home and virtually via video calls and I always feel the burn. Taj pushes me way beyond what I thought I could achieve, and there's always a goal that we're working towards which is super motivating. Taj is knowledgeable and very good at pushing you to achieve your goals. He concentrates a lot on the form of all exercises and will give great advice on what to train and also what types of food to eat.
I started training with Taj at the Energie Fitness Archway 4 weeks ago and my results are amazing. I have lost 6kg and my confidence is growing daily.

Why Taj?
The first person I've been able to trust and believe in to push me to grow in a long time. He always listens to me and focuses on my personal goals, and makes sure that I am doing every exercise with the correct form to achieve maximum benefits. He always makes sure I go above and beyond what I think to be my limit, he puts in so much effort every single session, he keeps me motivated, and every session is fun and filled with different challenges using different equipment each time while also varying the locations of the workouts.
The most important thing is that he helps to make my mind crystal clear and forces me to grow mentally and physically, and helps me to grow a strong and healthy mentality, giving me so much confidence. He makes me believe in myself, never letting me give up and making sure I reach my goals.

I have been training with Taj for a while now and I must say it has been the best thing I have done! The first day I met Taj I almost walked out of the gym. Luckily he showed up just as I was about to leave.
Since I have used Taj's services, there has been such a change physically and mentally. I used to dread the gym and was so self-conscious and negative. Mainly because I was struggling with the workouts and I wasn't seeing or feeling any different. Taj kept pushing me and his encouragement throughout my journey so far has paid off as I now look forward to training.
I have purchased Diet Plans regularly and had advice offered when needed. He has pretty much been on call throughout my journey answering questions, making adjustments where needed.
