I use to train with Kathy when she was a personal trainer in Hong Kong and she is great. Kathy is very knowledgeable and gently pushes to a limit that even I couldn’t believe it was achievable. When I was training for my second marathon, Kathy use to show me the strength & conditioning and mobility exercises specific for runners and I ended up shaving off nearly 40 mins off my first marathon. If you let Kathy know your needs, she will personalize a program that will mentally pushes you but in a fun way to achieve your fitness goal. Highly recommended!!

I have trained with Kathy before and I highly recommend her! Very experienced, knowledgeable, passionate about what she does, and also very kind and caring! Specifically, I worked with her while I was pregnant, up until about week 33 - I was always very comfortable knowing that I was in good hands, and it was nice to stay active during pregnancy. Kathy trained me after I had my second baby and I was really happy with her. Her knowledge in her subject area is vast and at the same time fascinating as she shares it with you. She explains every workout and its rationale clearly. While she takes her work very seriously, she also has a great sense of humour, so it’s really fun to train with her. She also wrote me a nutrition/diet plan and I was really pleased with the effects of the combination (of the workout and diet) on my body. The result was a stronger and more energetic mother of two who felt great about herself! I would highly recommend Kathy to everyone!

I really dislike exercise! But, the only regular thing I have ever done is train with Kathy.
To keep me motivated Kathy innovated every session. Kathy has pushed me to try it all - pilates, Thai boxing, HIT, and weights - basing our session at home, in a pool, on a beach and in the gym. She is phenomenal at coming up with new ways to encourage the most reluctant of participants!
I highly recommend Kathy if you need that extra push towards becoming fit.

Kathy is just great. I worked with her when she was living in Hong Kong. She is upbeat and knows how to push you without being a drill instructor. More importantly she is good and recognizing small muscle groups and areas where you need improvement and then finding ways to address them. I came across Kathy in a time of need after fracturing my femur. Given my young age of 64 and very physically active, bike rider, I knew that I needed a “special” personal trainer to see me through physio and then beyond.
Kathy came recommended and was purpose built. Compassionate, knowledgeable, analytical, professional and able to apply her broad background of east and west techniques to my recovery.
As soon as we began our weekly training I knew she was a keeper and realised I still had a shot at being better (more physically fit) than ever.
Starting from our first sessions (with me still on crutches) through the next ten weeks we progressed from the focus on my healing bones to all the muscle groups.
Kathy went about applying stretching, massage, weight bearing exercises, rings, machines, etc. All with a viewpoint of measurable progress.
Our one hour sessions were very challenging but very well aligned to my needs.
