Becks is a fantastic trainer. I started working with her a few months ago - although I was relatively fit, I had next to no upper body strength. I’m now a lot stronger, and much more confident about lifting weights - I can even do a couple of unassisted chin ups, and I’ve dropped a dress size. Becks has a huge amount of professional expertise as well as patience and great coaching skills - and every session is fun, and varied as well as challenging. At the end of our sessions (even the really tough ones!), I feel energised and much more confident about what my body can do.

I started training with Becks after I felt I’d plateaued - although working out regularly I wasn’t achieving the results that I wanted. Becks has helped to re-motivate me, identifying areas that I can improve and giving me something to work towards. She’s incredibly supportive, but is also challenging me to achieve my goals, and I’ve already seen improvements in my strength! I’d never done outdoor training before, but have found it great for my mentality as well as physical goals. Becks takes a lot of time to make sure my form and posture are correct, and mixes things up every week so the sessions are always varied and enjoyable. I’d highly recommend her, whether you’re new to fitness or looking for for that next step!

Becks was very sensitive about my gender as a non-binary person and worked hard to set and help me achieve very specific wishes beautifully.

Becks is a wonderful trainer. She is everything you could possibly want from a PT. She pushes you, supports you, and her sessions are actually enjoyable. I would always look forward to my weekly sessions with Becks and wish I could do more!

I came to Becks as I wanted to add some muscle to my frame and fix my posture. She really understood the goals I wanted to achieve and was passionate in making me reach these. She is focused, knowledgeable, professional and actually cares about my journey and progress. This helps me keep driven and inspired and I have really enjoyed our training sessions with her. She really changed my point of view on doing exercises since I wasn’t a huge fan of workouts before I met her.
Becks is an excellent personal trainer, she gets the balance right between motivating me and supporting to achieve my full potential. Our workout sessions are always unique and tailored to what my body needs. Becks is still able to keep things fresh after months of going consistently. Our routines are challenging but she does not crack the whip and most importantly they are varied and fun. In just a few short weeks I felt fitter, more toned and definitely happier!

I was initially a personal trainer sceptic, having had good results in the gym myself working on various programs over the years.
Because of a referral, Becks provided me with 2 'taster' sessions and I thought I might as well try it out.
I am not the fittest person, but thought I had reasonable strength...
Much to my surprise within 2 sessions Becks had highlighted 2 weaker muscle groups that were impacting my day to day and causing me pain occasionally after working out or sitting too long at my desk.
I've now been doing regular workouts with Becks for 3-4 months and have seen the results. My back strength feels more balanced, my posture is better and my absolutely terrible mobility is somewhat less terrible now. More importantly she's taught me about the body so I can work on these weak areas myself in the future.
I would recommend Becks to anyone who is interested in learning how to develop the fundamentals and building a strong core. She's always positive with people and manages to provide feedback in a way that doesn't criticise her clients.

Highly recommended. Since I started I feel my energy level and strength are increased, and both my sleep, posture and mood are improved. Training sessions are carefully organised. It's possible to book and manage sessions using a website which presents an easy and functional interface.

I found Becks while searching for a PT that would train outdoors and help me get back into shape after baby no.2. I’ve had personal trainers in the past and have to say that Becks is by far the best I’ve ever come across. She is supremely professional and it shows in the results she gets.
Her workouts never get repetitive or boring, and it’s always clear how you’re progressing, improving and becoming fitter. She changes up equipment and exercises so no workout is ever the same, and is very attentive to technique, always teaching you how to exercise safely to avoid injury. She is demanding, but always fair, and helps you push further without making you dread the next session.
Since training with Becks, I’m not only in better shape than I was before baby no.1, but I’ve actually enjoyed the process!

Having just completed a taster session (27.09.21) with Becks I'm sold on the fact that she means business, knows what she is talking about, was focused on me, my technique and was mindful of my (many) weaknesses!
If my DOMS is anything to go by my session with Becks certainly opened my eyes to how quickly 'we' lose conditioning...it so important to stay on top of things so that we remain strong and at my age (49 yrs and 10 mths) mitigate the aches and pains of getting older.
I know that training with Becks will help me achieve my objectives in a safe, professional and fun way! I'm happy that I didn't have to navigate my way through the many PT options out there (and waste time and money) and found The Outdoor PT! 💪🏼
