I’ve been working with Thea since shortly after I had my second baby with the goal of rebuilding my strength. Thea is an excellent PT and is extremely knowledgeable about exercising whilst pregnant and post natal recovery (or just generally). Everything has been extremely tailored and I’ve never felt stronger. It’s also been fun! Thea is also super caring with my son if he needs entertaining. Would highly recommend.

Thea is an excellent PT and all round fabulous person. She listened to what I needed and really supported me to achieve my goals. I've had a love hate relationship with training but she made it fun and built my confidence both mentally and physically, to the point where I now enjoy training and will happily rock up to a gym class on my own. She works with you to improve your form and tailors sessions to your needs. It's been a really positive experience and I can't recommend her enough.

Thea is an amazing PT. I feel lucky to have her as my PT because she has helped me become stronger than before. My right arm and leg got badly hurt in an accident and with Thea's help I feel fitter, stronger and more confident now. She is very focused and professional and an amazingly supportive PT. Honestly I could not recommend Thea more. I've had a series of PT sessions with her while in recovery from a chronic illness flare and she went above and beyond with patience, dedication and kindness. Thea is a wonderful PT - she took the time to understand me, my goals and fitness levels, to ensure that every session is appropriately tailored and challenging. This was particularly important to me as I was returning to exercise following the birth of my daughter.
Thea is very encouraging and supportive but with a no-nonsense attitude which is really refreshing. Her knowledge is second to none and she has gone (and continues to go) over and above what I expected of a PT, giving me extra advice and guidance with respect to my pelvic floor health and, in turn, supporting my return to running.
Thea was recommended to me and I would whole-heartedly recommend her to anyone else - pre-natal/post-natal or otherwise.

I’ve been training with Thea now for almost a year and have loved it! Thea is passionate about fitness and takes the time to understand what her clients want to get out of sessions. Her programming is structured and tailored to the individual, every workout is interesting and fun. I feel so much stronger and fitter, and my mobility is much better than when I started (great as I have an office job!). Because Thea is really good at correcting form my technique has also improved a lot as well. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Thea to anyone interested in personal training :)

I began training with Thea seven weeks after my c-section. At the time, I had not worked out in more than 10 months due to pregnancy complications and was the weakest I had ever been. Over the past 18 weeks, Thea has helped me to start feeling like myself. I think that I am now stronger than I was pre-pregnancy, which has been important for lifting my growing baby boy! While Thea is very patient with me, taking each training session at my own pace, she has an incredible understanding of the body and still pushes me within my limits. She is a phenomenal athlete herself and her passion for fitness has been very motivating for me. She is easy to get along with and makes each session fun. And most importantly, Thea is absolutely brilliant with my baby (who attends all of our sessions!), allowing me to focus and maximise our time together. I have done PT and Group sessions with Thea and couldn't recommend her more. She motivates you and pushes you hard - but watch your form - she will be checking! Every session is tailor made to you in PT, if you have an injury she can easily work around it vs pushing through with a set plan like many other PTs. Thea truly cares about her job & getting results for you and this shines through in her sessions.

I’ve been training with Thea for the last couple of months and she’s been great. Definitely recommend. Her energy and enthusiasm for training is infectious. Before signing up I wasn’t entirely convinced by the need for PT but I haven’t regretted it for a second and I’ve just signed up for another 10 sessions. I used to dread exercising but now I love it thanks to Thea! I have sessions with Thea three times a week if I can and although it's hard work it's extremely rewarding.
She pushes me to try my hardest and keep going when I think I can't carry on and is very motivational. Not only is she helping me on my exercise mission to lose weight, she has also been great at helping me to learn about my nutrition and what I should and shouldn't be eating and drinking.
I have been training with Thea for a few months now and feel fitter, healthier and so much better already. She even gives me workouts to do while I am on holiday which is something I never would of done 6 months ago!

I did my first group 'Smashed Abs & AvoCardio' session with Thea on Saturday. Firstly, this is such a great idea - combining exercise, socialising and eating! The workouts were great and really well thought through to work all parts of the body. They are suited to all abilities – the more you push yourself the more you get out of it. Thea is really motivating and super knowledgeable - you can tell she’s really passionate about fitness!
The breakfast after the workout was at Schoolhouse on St Johns Hill and was so delicious! Especially good when you have worked up an appetite!
