I signed up for the 4 week burn and build programme, which I have enjoyed so much that I have now signed up for another 4 weeks. Tom was able to provide structure and realistic goals of what i could achieve. I used to find exercising in the gym quite intimidating but doing the workouts at home has given me a good understanding of technique and variation. The workouts are enjoyable and challenging so that i don't get bored. I am already noticing a difference to my body shape and fitness level, so would highly recommend Tom and his PT programmes.

I enjoy multiday endurance cycling and running events and entered for Marathon des Sables 2020. Its been postponed to September due to Covid so I had to keep training up during lockdown. I turned to TK Personal training for some strength and flexibility workouts. I quickly came to the conclusion my core, and upper body strength were not at the same level as my legs, lungs and heart and Tom's programme helped improve strength and prevent overuse injuries. Tom is extremely knowledgeable about the endurance and nutrition field due to his own experiences as a high level athlete and I received more than I bargained for with Tom discussing my nutritional needs. He kept me motivated, enthusiastic and I think his programmes are exceptional value for money. I would highly recommend him to all level athletes as he is approachable and good fun.

Started training with Tom during quarantine. I was finding it hard to get motivated but wanted to try and stay fit. Tom’s online sessions (went for the 4 week fitness one) have really helped with giving me exercises I can easily do from home without weights but definitely leave you feeling knackered! I would highly recommend if you want to get into a routine of easy doable, 30-40 min good sessions. Good value also. Cheers TK!

I met Tom years ago in 2012 at Fybre Fitness. In 2015 when I turned 35 I trained with Tom and PTs within his team for 3 years and had great results going from a size 12/14 to a size 8/6. I was in the best shape of my life! I am now 40 and a size 10, and wanted to get back to the best shape of my life. However under self isolation with COVID I wasn’t sure how. So I tried Tom’s customised online app. I purchased other 90 day plans and apps in the past but never used them. This app however is different as it is customised. Each workout for the 3 days were different. Simple and effective so I can complete at home in my lunch break using only small weights or body weight. More than the 3 workouts per week, Tom offers personal service and checks up to see I am on track. He also provides customised macro and nutrition advice. Already in my first week I have lost 2 pounds. Excited to keep this going and get into the best shape of my life again with Tom’s advice on nutrition and workout program.

I’ve trained with Tom at the gym for a number of years now and have recently (given the lockdown situation) switched to doing sessions at home. I’ve always found Tom to be a really great trainer as he is good at motivating me and getting the level of effort just right for each session. I always feel better afterwards!
We use Zoom for our virtual training which works well and the sessions set me up well for the rest of the day ahead when I’m mostly working at my desk on a laptop in my home office. I haven’t needed a lot of extra equipment ( we had a few weights at home and a mat) and Tom is creative at thinking of ways of using the space available (our kitchen!) I would definitely recommend it as a way of keeping fit during the lockdown!

TK Personal Training helped me to achieve my fitness goals by understanding my lifestyle putting structure in place to ensure I was hitting my targets. Tom provided me with a great training programme I was able to do via the TKPT app and I we had regular video training sessions which was really encouraging giving me the support I needed. TK also put a meal plan together for me so I was down to my target weight in no time. Training with TK is always fun and I would highly recommend the sessions to anyone!

I started using TK Personal Training at the start of the Covid-19 lockdown. The workouts are really fun and easy to fit in around working from home and I am able to do them in my small flat. Tom asked about my fitness goals and has advised me on my diet which has started to give me the results I've been after. All has been done via the app so it has been really easy, I'm really happy I signed up.

I have trained consistently with Tom for around 4 years. His training has been incredibly helpful to me in terms of both maintaining my fitness and achieving physical goals. He constantly changes up exercise programs, so I don't get bored or lose focus (which I can easily do), and has a great sense of humour making our sessions fun as well as productive. Tom is an encouraging, knowledgeable and easy-going trainer. He is ideally suited to preparing competitive athletes, but is also very positive when dealing with those (like me) who aren't exactly elite sportspeople. I've worked with him for several years and genuinely enjoy the sessions; he pushes me, but has realistic expectations and is also, unlike some trainers, not at all vain. Highly recommended.

The lockdown programme is a great idea and this one written for Seniors like me hits the spot. There is plenty of choice so that if for example you would like to avoid floor exercises, you can choose upper body or weights or many others. The programme is easy to download and follow and the exercises are clearly demonstrated. I’ve never trained like this before but am hoping it will encourage me to stay with it. Marilyn.

If you are like me and need pushing (if not shoving!) when it comes to training, I would highly recommend Tom Kelly. He manages to maintain a sense of humour through my efforts and on a more serious note has been great helping with rehab for me following a hip replacement.
