I have been training with Tom twice a week (virtually) since week 14 of my second pregnancy and I am now about ready to pop. I have loved each session; they have been varied and fun. I feel fit and strong, ready to tackle labour and the physical nature to early days with a newborn. The sessions have enabled me to maintain and build on my level of fitness around being a mum to an energetic toddler and my bump growing ever bigger. The sessions have got the endorphins flowing and I have finished each session looking forward to the next one. I now have upper body strength which previously felt non-existent!
I suffer from pelvic girdle pain during pregnancy and what has been most impressive has been his adaptability to how I have been feeling on the day. He has adapted sessions at short notice to accommodate for the level of pain that I have been experiencing. In addition to this he has paid particular attention to exercises which would help improve my discomfort.
Having never done PT sessions, especially not ones over zoom etc, before I was a bit apprehensive about how I would feel doing them but Tom made me feel comfortable. I genuinely think he has contributed to me having greater well being during this pregnancy.
I am looking forward to training with him post natally. Thanks Tom.

I've been attending Tom's online training sessions for the last year or so. They're always varied and although some days I was ready to give up, his encouragement and enthusiasm is second to none. I'd recommend him to anyone looking for support in their fitness journey.

I've been training with Tom for several months now. I've worked with PTs in the past and it has always been either comfortable and reassuring but not challenging or challenging but unsympathetic. Tom has been different: he always pushes me while also intuiting when I need to slow down or when I'm tired out. I've noticed the physical change in the few short months we've been working together but it also feels sustainable. Working outside makes a big difference too. Would highly recommend!

I've now been working with Tom for 18 months, following my first pregnancy and now 7 months into my second. He not only helped me get back into great shape after my daughter was born but has helped me stay fit, strong and healthy through to my third trimester.
The virtual sessions have worked really well and Tom is always super flexible - a god send, as anyone with a toddler will attest.
Could not recommend Tom more highly, especially to new Mums!

Tom is a great trainer and a lovely guy! From the group zoom classes he offers to bespoke 1:1 sessions, Tom always pushes me beyond where I could go on my own. I recently got married and did a 1:1 4 week fit blitz in the lead up to the wedding to ensure I felt my best. Tom tailored the sessions and used exercises that would be effective but that I wouldn’t find too intimidating. I have always found exercise quite daunting but Tom’s easy going personality and friendly approach means the time flies by and I actually enjoy myself! I definitely feel fitter and stronger having worked with Tom and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Tom is very warm and personable and our chats during sessions are as fun as the exercises themselves. He is professional, interested and motivating. I have enjoyed every session and, within ten weeks, while I have not transformed my postpartum body into a supermodel, I have really noticed results (good ones) so I’m sure it’s only a matter of time... Every class is different, interesting and a good laugh. I would highly recommend Tom to anyone and everyone.

I have been training with Tom for just under a year, both through his HIIT classes and now one to one sessions and in all honesty it has been a total game changer for my fitness as well as my physical and mental health. Tom always greets you with a smile and puts 150% into all his sessions which motivates you to do the same. I get so much enjoyment from my workouts with him because he gives the right balance of challenge and fun which really makes me feel like my goals are attainable.
Before working with Tom I was terrified of upper body workouts and weight lifting because I felt I could never do it. Tom encourages me all the way through those sessions especially and not only can I now do a press up but I actually enjoy doing them!
I cannot recommend Tom highly enough as a Personal Trainer and class instructor. I've never had so much fun doing exercise!

Tom is great! Although right now there isn't foggy morning training together in the park, he has been absolutely smashing 2020, definitely the person of the year for me. The same enthusiasm, creativity and motivation every single morning to get us all exercising - right now in our homes. And it's great fun!
Besides the super sessions, he is also a very nice person and always welcomes your feedback and makes sure you're okay and having a good time. Superstar!

What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger...
After 4 kids and lots of neglect I decided it was time to get fitter, I felt barrel shaped. My mid-drift was adrift.
I contacted Tom with the simplest of missions, to exercise my core to compliment my walking and cycling.
If I lost weight later that might be a bonus but for now to focus on my core.
It was and is a huge challenge, Tom remains encouraging and humourous in the face of my grunts and moans.
Taking my mission seriously I have exercised in some shape or form, 6 days out of 7. Two sessions with Tom and the other 4 on my own, attempting previous exercises.
My dedication and Tom’s direction have had a massive impact. I can’t believe how much stronger I am only two months on.
It is fun and demanding with Tom pushing me in the smallest of ways, little by little.
I always feel better after a workout but don’t tell Tom.

Never did I ever think I would be doing a HIIT class, let alone multiple times a week, and continuing to do so for nearly a year with no intention of stopping. As someone who has not done a similar level of exercise since leaving school, Tom’s workout classes really have given me a kick up the arse (that I was long overdue) and put my fitness back on track. The enthusiasm and motivation is always on point no matter what time in the morning it is.
The sessions are great fun and you always feel good after one of his classes, you even feel accomplished on a Tuesday. 100% recommend trying a class and seeing what it’s all about, you may even end up a convert like me!
