I met Kevin a few months ago. What I can tell is that I rarely met a Personal Trainer with such passion in what he does. I'v seen him train his clients many times, and I must say I love the way he shares his knowledge to them, as well as how he conducts his sessions. He always makes sure the person feels good, but at the same time he manages to bring that person out of her comfort zone to reach the goals they have fixed together.
I highly recommend Kevin to everyone serious about being healthier and stronger! He will know what to do, and more importantly, he will TRANSFORM your life :)
