Amazing first session with Ike - learnt so much already & thoroughly enjoyed it. Felt really pushed and motivated during the session, and super empowered afterwards. Was great to receive proper technique & posture advice, as well as recommendations/tailored work towards strengthening my post-stroke right sided weakness. Ike has introduced me to kickboxing last summer, and I have been booking sessions with him ever since. Great high intensity training in 1 hour.
Ike is really pushing you to set the bar high every time and makes sure you keep the technique as well.
