I especially like Martin Straka’s style. He creates exercise regimes that are based on individual needs. I would personaly recommend russian martial arts. He is always kind and he can help you with every obsticle you might have. You feel strengthened and empowered by his training, but never bullied. The best personal trainer I have ever met.
