Alex is an excellent trainer. He listens closely to what you need and want to achieve and builds an easy to follow programme to push you towards your goals. He is incredibly easy to work with, flexible and dedicated and the sessions are a lot of fun. Highly recommend his PT services!

I was tired of doing standard personal training sessions and going to the gym. I was looking for something exciting and different to do but was not sure what was out there. I am so grateful for coming across Alex. The idea of doing pure boxing had never even crossed my mind but after a taster session with Alex, I was hooked! He is getting me fit at the same time teaching me a new skill. Every session is planned and tailored to my needs. And when things don't go to plan and I show up with an injury or niggle, Alex is able to change his plan on the spot and we still manage to do an amazing session. Recently I was unable to box due to a knee injury so instead Alex did a PT session with me where we focussed on core and arms instead. I cannot recommend Alex enough. He really knows what he is doing and has a great teaching manner.

Alex is quite simply excellent at what he does, he really knows his stuff and it shows. His unique combination of knowing exactly what you need to do to achieve your goals, whilst tailoring your programme to suit you on any given day, really works. Alex is one my favourite PT I’ve ever trained before. Alex tailored my session to my need and worked on area that I really needed to improve on. He also gave me a lot of good nutrition recommendations which was the key for me. I highly recommend training with Alex. After your first session, you’d never look back.

I was incredibly impressed with Alex’s approach as a PT. Before training with him, I lacked a lot of motivation and was convinced that working out had to be an unpleasant experience. In just one session, Alex completely changed my mindset, by taking me through a training session that was varied, interesting and fun. He took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve and set clear goals to help get me there, via an exercise and diet plan which was easily manageable within a busy work schedule. Alex is one of the most motivating people I have come across. I know in some ways he is paid to motivate us, but I also believe that he genuinely longs to see everybody reach their full potential and will do whatever he can to see it happen (sometimes not just in terms of fitness).
He caters perfectly to yours needs and includes lots of variety in our sessions. Sometimes we go swimming or running or go to the gym, or we play tennis etc.
Alex not only helps you get fit, but really wants you to have fun doing it! And I certainly do!
His efforts make me want to do better, if he is so caring and considerate then I better do my part (the easy one) of just doing the exercise!

I really enjoy attending the killer sessions with Alex, he brings the best out of you in his workouts to limits you didn’t think you could achieve . He is clear and understands everyone’s individual goals and not a single person is left out when it comes to hitting targets as he makes sure of it!!

I only had one session with Alex, I was worried about my general fitness level and I wasn't excercisisng as much as I thought I should.
The process started with a phone call, Alex asked some questions about me and my goals and planned a session tailored to what I needed, I felt like he immediately understood me and what I was after.
The session started with a fitness test and Alex was open with me and explained that I wasn't in quite as bad shape as I though I was and as we progressed through a few more activities explained what he thought was wrong about my approach to excercise.
Alex was spot on, I've found myself following his advice since and have found I can enjoy being active again. I'm going to keep going without extra support for a bit but I know Alex is there if I ever feel I need the extra help.
Brilliant service, no pressure or pushy selling - Alex genuinely wants to help and is happy to adjust his service to cater for anyone's needs.

I absolutely love training with Alex. Before starting with him, I was stuck in the same workout routine, as I was convinced that it was all I could fit around my busy work schedule. Now, Alex has me boxing, playing tennis, swimming, practicing yoga and weight training! Not only have I become more proficient and confident at these things, I have also felt (and looked!) a lot stronger. The workouts are complemented by the diet plan Alex compiled for me, which he personalised to fit around my pescetarian/vegan needs. I really can't recommend Alex enough- from his upbeat and kind character to his abundant training knowledge and flexibility, he really makes working out a joy.
