I look forward to my Monday morning fitness sessions with Helen (and co!) The group is small and perfect for those wanting a diverse strength, conditioning and fitness program. The session is outdoors, which I much prefer, and all the exercises are varied and no 2 weeks are ever the same. Helen has great expertise and has been able to push me much further than I ever imagined. I highly recommend Yesucan Fitness!

I love my Monday morning circuit training with Helen! She always has a challenging workout for our group but will adjust as necessary if need be. Helen is calm and encouraging and after her Monday morning session I feel completely re-energised. Her exercise routines are varied keeping the sessions interesting whilst pushing us further each week. I am certainly fitter and more toned having started working out in her group class and it's been an added bonus to have met some great people there too!
