Very high quality personal and trainer. I've been with Luca for a few years and I have to say that the changes have been huge. Not only he knows what he's doing and explains you technique and diet logic , but he teaches you how to become more food conscious. Literally changed my way of looking at food as now I understand what I have to look for when doing groceries, but also upgrades my workout techniques allowing me to concentrate better on the single muscle. Perfect diet and exercise plan both for losing fat ( went from 80 to 73 kg in 1 month ) but also for bulk and muscle growth 💪 Definitely recommend!
