Tom is an excellent personal trainer. Not only does he help me to get myself motivated to do sport, he sets achievable goals and makes the workouts fun. I especially like the outdoors aspect of it. I have tried many fitness plans in the past, but I have always given up after a few weeks. This one is different as it is an individual plan made especially for me and my needs, which makes it more motivating. Tom sent me an in-depth plan, tailored to my needs with explanations about the diet and how to do the exercises. He has also been very available to answer any questions I have had. I also saw almost immediate results which again encouraged me to keep going. Tom is very passionate about his work which rubs off on his clients - very much recommended!

I never saw the need to get a personal trainer, as all the information is online. I tried to do things myself, but due to the huge volume of information out there, it gets very confusing very quickly. That's been the great thing working with Tom, he has given me an individual plan designed for me that has achievable goals. So instead of spending my evenings searching through Google to find out what exercises I should be doing and how I should be doing them, I now relax in the evenings after working out, safe in the knowledge that I am working my body in exactly the right way. I have seen great results so far which has given me the motivation to keep going and I am now fitter than I've ever been. It's been great working with Tom and I highly recommend him to everyone!
