I met Andy a few years ago at my local gym. I'd booked PT sessions with him because I was a newbie and didn't know what I was doing. If it wasn't for Andy I probably would have attended the gym maybe once or twice. Not only did Andy teach me how to lift and provide me with a wealth of knowledge he also played a huge part in helping me grow my confidence, which ultimately enabled me to go to the gym alone, something I thought would never happen.
In fact, Andy made such an impression on me that I ended up signing up to him again more recently. This time at his own gym for 1 on 1 private sessions.
Andy is super understanding and adapts our sessions accordingly. I have a chronic illness which causes extreme fatigue and pain in my body during inactivity. Training with Andy has been an absolute life saver. I leave feeling so much better than I did before arriving. Not only am I pain free, but it's always great fun, he's the king of banter so no session is ever boring 😂.
Andy is amazing at what he does, he truly is one of the best PT's I've ever had. 😊

I highly recommend Andy, I’ve been training with him for the last 3 months and I’ve been seeing big improvements in my appearance already!
Andy’s been teaching my loads of new exercise’s that have been hitting muscles I didn’t even know I have and helping me throughout the 3 months with my nutrition.
I never feel like I’m dragging my feet to go and workout with Andy because he makes every session a good laugh and makes use of the great variety of equipment he has.
At the end of every session Andy makes you feel like you’ve accomplished a good workout at the end.
I really couldn’t recommend him enough he’s truly a great PT

I was getting a bit fat and lazy and I’ve never been a gym or exercise person, but I knew I needed to sort myself out. Andrew has a good home set up that’s ideal for 1 to 1 sessions. I’ve been going three times a week for the last three or so months and have lost 2 stone and counting. He’s guided me through my nutrition, taught me what macros are in a language I could understand and he keeps the workouts fresh and ever changing each time I turn up. Next steps are to lose a bit more of the belly and then switch to focus on building up some muscle, and I know Andrew is the right guy to help me get to where I want to be.

Both my Husband and I have been working with Andrew of Hawkins Personal Coaching since August and have been so pleased with the results.
Since moving to Aylesford in 2021, I really struggled finding a Personal Trainer who I could work with as it was important it was someone who could work with me and tailor my exercises etc, especially in light of me suffering from Chronic Pain and Fatigue (Fibromyalgia/ EDS). I have worked with Andrew for 5 weeks so far and have lost a considerable amount of weight but more importantly, increased my muscle mass, had a reduction in pain symptoms and fatigue. Andrew is an extremely knowledgeable, friendly and kind PT. I really look forward to our sessions as I know I am getting results with him (they are also very enjoyable!).
My Husband also boxes with Andrew and equally enjoys his sessions!

If you are looking to lean martial arts or just want to get into shape, I would highly recommend Andrew.
I have been learning Jeet Kune Do for some time now, and the great thing about Andrew's approach to his teaching is that he is friendly, takes his time and explains things. He is happy to go over something time and time again until I've got the technique down.
As a result, the training and knowledge I have received from Andrew have given me a real confidence boost and a better understanding of the martial art.

I have used personal trainers for the last few years but none as good as Andy from Wolfpack personal training. He is a friendly and extremely knowledgeable trainer who has helped me improve my fitness massively. Every workout is different and I am constantly pushed to my limits and challenged by him. If you want a personal trainer there is no one better than Andy and I cannot recommend him enough.

I have been training with andrew now for probably around 5 years doing jkd wich is a martial art bruce lee started. I have learnt so much under andrew.
There is such a wide scope to learn so you never get bored .
Andrew is by far the best instructor i have come across thats why im still training with him , he has a wide scope of knowledge along with good patience to teach all level of students.
