Kirsty creates individual training plans with my goals as priority, the plans include regular reviews to monitor how I feel about the progress I am making. Kirsty pushes me to exceed my expectations and it is safe to say my sessions are always rewarding! I have been with Kirsty for about 8 months now and wouldn't look back, my motivation and confidence to exercise has increased beyond what I could have imagined. We started together in person but have had to move to remote sessions, these are just as beneficial to me and Kirsty's keen eye is always ready to correct a posture and make sure you are getting the most out of each exercise.

I’ve been with Kirsty a year now, and not only is she a brilliant Pt she’s also become a friend. I wanted to get back in shape after having my children, Kirsty took time to understand what I wanted to change about myself and has help in every way she can. Even though we only had 6 weeks before covid took over the world she still kept in touch and when we were allowed to train again we did. I have 3 boys, who were all home when we started training. A very demanding toddler who has taken a shine to Kirsty. Not only did she help me train she kept all 3 of my boys entertained aswell. What more could a mum ask for. We’re now doing training on FaceTime till we’re allowed to see each other again, which I was nervous about at first. Kirsty has guided me through and kicked my arse every week. She’s really flexible, always at the end of the phone if I need her too. My journey in getting what I want hasn’t ended yet but with Kirsty it’s in sight. Thank you for always making every muscle in my body hurt!
