Jordan worked with me on gaining strength and flexibility. He took time to really understand my requirements and limitations due to underlying health conditions.
He is really knowledgeable and knew exactly how far to push me without causing damage to my body.
He works in a holistic way, and switches things up according to how you are on a particular day, both physically and mentally.
He's super flexible in his approach and enabled me find something I really enjoyed and get so much out of!

Jordan Kelly is an amazing PT - dedicated, hardworking and lots of fun, meaning that all of those qualities are reflected in every session and quickly rub off on you too! Rather than dreading going to the gym, Jordan motivated me enough that I (dare I say it) even enjoyed my workouts! From the first session, fast forward a year later, a healthier person can vouch that not only do you get the best possible gym advice and technique, but nutritional feedback that will enable you to make sensible, life changing decisions.
Jordan takes the welfare of his clients very seriously and is always on hand 24/7/365 to answer any questions you may have, or offer any support in any area that is required. He is well educated and will happily back up any advice he gives with references of the studies his opinion is based on.
Many PT's out there want to off you cheap sessions and then sell you shakes, powders and tablets to make losing weight easer. The truth is that you will lose weight all by yourself just by having a calorie deficit, what you wont do it be able to keep that weight off, or improve tone without making sustainable changes to your lifestyle.
With Jordan, these steps are taken at your pace, explained to you every step of the way, and you remain supported throughout.

I originally started training with Jordan to lose some weight for a holiday. We achieved that easily; but the most important thing that Jordan did for me was change my attitude to exercise and food completely. It’s now a couple of years since I’ve trained with Jordan (he moved away 😭) but I still love going to the gym, I’m confident working out around the big boys in the weights room (5ft 3 girl here) and I’ve got solid knowledge about how and what I should be eating.
Jordan’s training went beyond just turning up and doing a session - he really cares about the ‘whole person’ and was always on hand with some advice or encouragement. There’s never any shame about food or negativity, and he’s always ready to back up what he says with real science (no fads or bullsh*t)!
Overall it sounds cringey but Jordan has genuinely changed my life and I can’t recommend him enough.

Jordan really knows his stuff especially when it comes to nutrition and exercise. He really pushed me and got me doing more than I thought I could especially with the weights. Not only did he support me physically with my fitness journey but he also offered me support mentally. Would definitely recommend him as a personal trainer but be warned your muscles will hurt like hell after a training session with him 😂

I have spent only a short time training with Jordan but have seen results in such a short amount of time. Weight loss fat loss and strength being the main points. If you have not tryed a PT before I would highly recommend Jordan Kelly. I was struggling in the gym but since starting training with Jordan that is no more. He is always there with any questions you have and is full of knowledge and very experianced in the world of fitness. This PT is worth every penny you will ever spend.

I don't want to be one of those people who go "Oh this person changed my life" but I am going to have to say it because it's true Jordan not only helped me with exercise but with my self confidence before I trained with him I could never see myself getting back into work or enjoying exercise but I did I got back into work and I'm regularly going to the gym ! I’ve always been one of those people that had a bad relationship with my body when it came to food and exercise. I was constantly yo yo dieting and either extremely dedicated to the gym or not going at all. Then I met Jordan Kelly who taught me that life is about balance and moderation. He taught me the importance of nutrition but in a manner that doesn’t take over my life. He showed me that exercise can be fun (who’d have thought it) and most importantly, he taught me a new way of life.
