I can honestly say Chris is the best personal trainer! I started training with him earlier this year and it was 100% the right decision. He very understanding and genuinely wants to help you achieve your goals and most importantly there is no judgement!!! He’s supportive & easy to get on with which helped as I was so nervous to start with. The sessions are very calm with the right amount of encouragement (No shouting like some other trainers) and you can always ask if your unsure about something. He really knows his stuff when it comes to nutrition and other fitness/body facts and I would definitely recommend Chris as a PT/Nutritionist :)

Chris is an outstanding personal trainer. I have been training with him for two years and he has helped me reach a number of goals including improving my strength and posture, getting fit and changing my body composition - not just “losing weight” but reshaping my figure through muscle gain and fat loss. A wonderful side effect has been a general gain in confidence about what I can do physically, which resulted in me taking on my first obstacle course this year, with more things planned! Chris has a kind and patient approach to training, he took his time to understand what I wanted to achieve and my preferences (such as a vegan diet) and has offered both phases of steady programming, which have helped me see quick, measurable progress as well as changing things up to keep the sessions challenging and interesting. He uses a range of training techniques e.g. circuits, stability work, weight training, boxing and others and is very good at judging how to take you just past what you thought you could achieve! I’m really happy to recommend Chris, both if you’ve never had a personal trainer but like the idea of trying it or you are experienced but looking for someone to help you change up your routine.

I have just finished my final session with Chris and I am thrilled with the results. I first contacted him two months ago regarding one to one PT sessions. He responded really quickly and we arranged a meeting to discuss what I wanted to gain from a personal trainer. From the start I had to be clear that I would only be able to commit to a certain amount of sessions due to finances and he never pushed this or tried to make me commit to more sessions, which I really appreciated. Chris designed a personal training plan for me, which I was able to use myself at the gym. He went through each exercise thoughoughly and enabled me to perform the right techniques. This has been so helpful and exactly what I wanted to gain from the sessions. He also kept in touch throughout the week to offer advice and help monitor my progress. I was also really grateful of the nutritional advice he gave me during the sessions. Highly recommended.

I am someone who has previously exercised, but always lost enthusiasm of the gym or the same old exercise classes. Chris tailor's your exercise programme to what you are looking to improve whether it be strength or tone. This approach has really worked for me, keeping my interest whilst seeing great results!

Chris is a thoroughly dedicated and knowledgeable PT. He mixes workouts to balance weight resistance training with cardio that has really worked for me. For the first time ever i have started to see a firmer bottom which wasn't my main aim from training as i did'nt think it possible :) but a much welcome development. Chris has helped me to build strength, tone and shift inches which is everything you could ask for from a PT..Kudos to chris!

Chris is amazing. He's so positive and tweeks exercises to help you if you're either finding it too difficult or to help you switch it up a notch! The weight training he does doesn't turn you into the hulk, it just makes you a better version of yourself. After only three weeks with him, my weight has gone down, my eating has got better, my tone is the best it's been - even before I had my daughter and my confidence just keeps growing. I carry myself differently and others has noticed it too. He's so motivational and doesn't criticise. He's very approachable, if you have any questions at all he's there for you to encourage, teach and help you. The fact that you feel part of community helps massively, you all help and motivate each other. When you start to see the results you will want to keep on going and I personally saw a big change after just the first week. Trust Chris, he definitely knows what he's doing and is amazing at his job - follow him and you won't go wrong. Seeing is believing 💪

I am really enjoying my personal training sessions with Chris. Sessions are varied and time passes quickly. Focusing on nutrition as well as exercise. He is always on hand for advice. Great mix of weights and cardio to get results. I am seeing a difference in shape and feel more toned which is exactly what I wanted to achieve.

Chris is a very knowledgeable personal trainer. Since I have had my children I stopped training. After 7 years, with a wobbly body and lots of weight to lose, I quite gave up until he took me on board! To my surprise, in just 4 weeks I have lost already some weight and I am getting toned. Even the cellulite that I have for my entire life, is improving massively.
I used to go to the gym for 2-4 hours a day and I thought that, that was what I needed to to do to keep fit. He proved to me that nowadays we don't have that much time to excersice, so what we need to do is short sections increasing the strength. He is all the time checking each excersice and correcting the possition making sure I am working the right zone. Sometimes I think I am doing right and he comes and corrects me and I start feeling that I am working the right place. He only works with ladies and I can always see his massive experience.
Something completely amazing is that he works on your diet too, without changing your routin and supports you the entire time, 24 hrs, 7 days a week!!. Chris is always there supporting you in anything, answering questions and he also does frequent videos explaining things about diets, carbs, fats etc.
I can't thank him enough for helping me taking up on my fitness.
If anyone is looking to get a PT, I would recommend Chris. A personal trainer is the key to get the results you want.

Chris is great. Not only does he encourage you and really guide you on the nutritional side, he is spot on when it comes to training. He spot checks your position, gives you lots of guidance and is always happy to give recipe ideas, ideas for snacks and pretty much go out of his way to help. No fancy talk, just brilliant advice.
