I found Garage Fitness online during lockdown. I live in the North East & joined a lot of the live Zoom boxing classes. The classes were great & really helped me stay fit & motivated without leaving my house. Classes were easy to follow & although it was online Gareth made sure everyone understood his instructions & gave tips & corrections if needed just like in a real class. Highly recommended. If I lived closer I'd be paying the gym a visit

I can only recommend Gareth' boxfit class! Gareth is a passionate and professional PT who shares his fitness and boxing knowledge. His classes make you become stronger, healthier and happier. I started it online during the 1st lockdown and cannot stop since then. Gareth keeps you going throughout the class and seeing & hearing his happiness when he sees us going is pure motivation. Very affordable classes with real results! Best way to keep fit and learn some boxing techniques.

I joined the online zoom boxing classes during the first lockdown. The sessions are easy to follow, and suitable for all boxing levels. All you need is a space to work out in. Gareth has been quick to respond to any queries and has a friendly, encouraging approach to his lessons. If I lived nearer, I would give the gym a go... would recommend the online sessions.

Absolutely first class tuition in boxing fitness for any level. I have been following and participating in Gareth's classes online since he stared doing them in the first lockdown. He kept up my stamina and fitness level to my upmost! He also decided to carry in after lockdown which is great as I can carry on. He is very professional, he makes sure everyone is in correct form and always gives options for injuries and different fitness levels. I just wish I lived closer as I would definataly be using him as one of my PT. He also has a great sense of humour which I love 😁

Having started training with The Garage over 2 months ago I am beyond proud of the progress I have made. I have always struggled to gain weight, and get into shape, but The Garage has taught all about strength training and guided me on what I need to eat. Gareth has been patient and understanding when it's come to fitting the training around my hectic work schedule! If you want to see great results made over a steady pace then The Garage is the place to train!

I put on about 3 stone after both my pregnancies and tried different diets and exercise regimes to try and shift it but Gareth has tailored a plan that has not only given me results (I’ve already lost at least a stone) but that I can stick to. He is honest (which is what I needed) but also fun and motivational. As an added bonus I’m so much fitter and I’ve developed a bum! I suddenly feel like I’ve got an expert guiding me on my journey (there is still a way to go) rather than an online forum, generic book/ DVD or a self proclaimed fitness “guru” with no credentials. It’s also something that I’ve managed to fit around looking after my two very young children. He comes highly recommended!

Best trainer I’ve ever had! Can’t believe it’s possible to do group classes on Zoom so successfully. Had never done any boxing before but feel like I’ve learnt a lot in a short space of time. Great to do a fitness class that’s so challenging but fun too. Love it!
