Michael has totally boosted my self-esteem and confidence to get back into training and the gym. He is super flexible to accommodate working hours and is really knowledgeable and supportive in all aspects of training including diet. I have a sports injury that Michael takes into consideration when planning gym routines and he fills me with confidence when I train.
I’ve come to really enjoy my 1-1 sessions and look forward to the weekly texts to check on my progress and give me a positive nudge in the right direction. I’ve become part of a community that supports and encourages you which has been really helpful during lockdown.
After an hour of training, laughing and talking about anything and everything, I come away from the gym feeling buzzing and totally positive! Not only has Michael really helped change my mindset about exercising and healthy eating, but he’s really supported my mental health and I’ve lost weight along the way which is an added bonus!

I’ve been having 1 on 1 sessions with Michael for the last 8 month, although I’ve taken part in his HIIT classes for over a year. He has a great knowledge of fitness, food and the human body as a whole. He has a way of making my sessions fun so working out doesn’t feel like a chore, but also pushes me to my absolute limit! I have seen some big changes in my health and body and it’s all down the Michael helping me understand what my body needs to stay fit and healthy and helping me with my own personal goals. Michael is very professional, highly motivating and often checks in with me to make sure I stay on track. He genuinely cares about his clients and has our best interests at heart. He really does go above and beyond for every one of his clients and I can’t thank him enough. Micheal is very trust worthy and honest which is exactly what you need in a trainer!

Michael is a amazing PT. I've been training with him for about 14 months now. I had not stepped inside a gym for a very long time and was lacking in a lot of confidence. In the time that I have been training with Michael, I have lost 4.5st, but I've also accomplished so many achievements in terms of strength and progress that I never thought would be possible.
I've always felt that Michael is really invested in my progress, and outside of our weekly sessions he checks in with me regularly and is really supportive of me.
During the Covid-19 lockdown, our PT sessions have continued via Zoom, and even with limited equipment I'm still getting the same level of sessions as I would in the gym, and continuing to make great progress from home.

I've been doing online boot camp with ME Fitness for a couple of weeks now and I am really enjoying it. I tried working out on my own during lockdown but felt like I needed the comraderie of a class to add to this to keep my motivation going. Michael's classes have been great. We use Zoom and he keeps an eye on our form. The programming is varied and challenging, and if there are things you can't do you can adapt them. Really recommended.

I’ve done the bootcamp workouts with Michael for over a year now and I’ve loved it:) Each one is different and we do a wide range of exercises, it’s a great work out no matter what your fitness level is. I definitely feel fitter and stronger and Michael always makes sure your technique is good! Definitely recommend giving it a go if you need a bit of motivation and want to work out more.

I’ve been training with Micheal for 2 years on a 1-1 basis also do his classes. My PT session are excellent he programs everything out so we are working towards my goals I do 3 week working upper lower and total body. Micheal knowledge on fitness is brilliant and he helps me loads with my food and macros. He checks in with us to see how we are getting on. He helps us make smaller goals to aim for along the way, to us reaching our goals. I’ve learnt so much over the 2 years about fitness and nutrition from him which has helped me massively on a day to day basis. If your looking for excellent fitness program advice with eating/macros from a genuine guy then give ME Fitness a try you won’t be disappointed.

I’ve been training with Michael as a part of a joint PT class and group conditioning boot camp. He’s great at his job and keeps you on your toes. The sessions are varied and challenging and always keep focused to your short and longer term goals.
