I saw Ben regarding my knee that had started hurting. I had one session with him and, after a couple of days of completing the exercises he recommended, my knee was back to normal. It has not hurt since. During the session, he educated me on the area of the body and told me exactly what he was doing at every point. It really helped me understand more about the body and what was going on with my injury. Fantastic service - I highly recommend you check him out.

Experienced, knowledgable and helpful. I Had really bad pain on the left side of my neck at the beginning of the year, since seeing ben this has all gone! Very passionate about his work and knows his stuff! Would definitely recommend to anyone considering sports therapy.

Ben seriously knows his stuff! Always great advice and support even when I’m not in the gym having a PT with him or having any therapy/sports massage work. Gives great advice on work in the gym that I can do in between my sessions that I have with him. My posture, strength and mobility have all seen dramatic changes (beyond what I expected) and now he has helped me set new goals that I’m looking forward to smashing 👊🏽 Thanks Ben, you legend!!!!!
