Ella is brilliant! When I was searching for a PT, Ella’s story really inspired me, and I knew straight away I wanted to train with her. Our initial meeting was fantastic, we discussed the fact that I suffer with anxiety, and she made me feel so at ease straight away! I felt reassured that I wouldn’t feel uncomfortable in our sessions, and the best part is everything is tailored to YOU and YOUR personal goals. No matter what physical or mental impairments you may have. Since I’ve started training with Ella, not only have I lost weight and felt stronger/fitter, I’m also learning to love myself and my body! Alongside our training together, Ella has also offered me guidance with my nutrition, judgment free! I always look forward to our sessions together, as it’s a lovely atmosphere and we always have a giggle. I would 100% recommend Ella, not only is she an amazing PT, she’s also a kind, welcoming and lovely person all round. Thank you so much Ella! 😊

I've trained with Ella for 3 years now, and I can't recommend her enough. I'd never done any strength training before and I absolutely love it now ! I'd strongly recommend it to everyone. It's such a great feeling to enjoy and actually look forward to working out, certainly not something I ever thought I'd have. Ella's a really patient and expert trainer, able to encourage and develop your confidence as a newbie. I trained with Ella throughout my pregnancy too which really helped me stay mobile and strong. Ella's both pre and postnatal qualified so mums to be can be confident they're in really safe hands!

I couldn’t recommend Ella enough; she is not only a brilliant PT, she also puts an important focus on the mental wellness of her clients. Before going to Ella I really struggled with bad anxiety in the gym which meant I avoided going or went and left soon after. Seeing Ella in the gym I knew she was someone who had been through the same struggles as her clients and succeeded and that’s what I needed in a trainer. Someone who’s walked the same walk.

I have been training with Ella for nearly a year now and have lost nearly 4 and a half stone. Not only have I lost weight, I have gained confidence and met someone who has become a very close friend. Ella has had her own experiences of losing weight so understands the struggles and pressures of losing and maintaining weight loss. I had never lifted weights in the past and was scared to do because of the fear of incorrect form and not knowing where to start. Without Ella and her knowledge I would not have got to the stage where I am now and cannot wait to lose even more weight and lift even heavier.

The day I started was the day I realised my life had change for ever & better, in more ways I could ever imagined. Since that point I’ve never looked back.
I’m pushed, very well supported, encouraged and most importantly I’m taught how to improve. Having to make the changes for myself has not come easy but the guidance has always been phenomenal.
Working with Ella hasn’t only allowed me to educate myself, but enabled me to educate others, that for me speaks the biggest volume, as I’ve never been one to advise or promote physical activity or healthy/balanced eating!
If ever in doubt ever signing yourself up for PT sessions, just do it!!!

Ella has the patience of a Saint! I've been plagued with several injuries and Ella has adapted my workouts accordingly and worked alongside my physiotherapist incorporating their recommended exercises.
