I started to work with Tristan over a year ago and can honestly say that I have been amazed by my results! I was a 49 year old woman who felt sluggish and out of shape and wanted to get fit and toned before I got to the big 5 0 as I thought age shouldn’t be a barrier to looking and feeling good.
Tristan has kept me motivated throughout by his encouragement and understanding of what I wanted to achieve and set programs that I could easily follow at home. I exceeded my weight loss goal after 12 weeks but continue to use his services so I can keep improving my fitness and reach the goals I have set myself.
I highly recommend Tristan as a PT if you want results as I know I wouldn’t be at the stage I’m at without him!

Tristan is a very professional nutritionist and personal trainer. I would say he takes his clients very seriously and does whatever it takes in order for them to reach there goals! Highly recommend.
Overall I felt it was a very professional delivery. Tristan always gave good advise and was always available to talk to .
I achieved my goal which was to lose 1 stone. Was easier than I thought as I felt I had Tristan there as a mentor whenever I needed him.
If I could give any advice it would be to just go for it, what have you got to lose. Guaranteed results weather it’s weight loss or muscle gain as long as you stick to it.

I have been working with Tristan for over a year and even through the pandemic he made sure we were able to continue our sessions at home via zoom. He motivated me to keep going through the tough WFH life. Tristan is very patient and has helped me reach my goals. I’ve always found it hard to know what to do at the gym but Tristan provides you with programs tailored to your goals which is easy to follow and gave me a better understanding of what equipment to use in the gym. He is a great PT and I would definitely recommend!

Amazing PT, goes the extra mile in supporting unique needs and goals. Very friendly and encouraging. Continuously made progress and of course I felt those 2nd day aches. But thankfully not a stereotypical PT that shouts at you to do one more rep. 100% recommend for those who have just started at the gym and are keen to learn correct form to get the most out of their work outs.

Tristan is amazing!!!! He makes what you want to achieve so easy, so logical and does it all without any faff! His knowledge in nutrition is crazy, I learnt so much from him in such a short amount of time. He helped me exceed every goal I had and without having to starve myself. He helped me understand why throughout the ‘diet’ I was feeling particular ways and what I could do to overcome it. I can’t recommend him enough. I stayed with Tristan for approx 6 months and it was worth every penny as I now understand what I need going solo! For anyone even slightly thinking about it - take the plunge as I promise it’s worth it!

Tristan is a really good online coach, not only does he do what needs to be done to help you reach or achieve your goals, he goes above and beyond that. He makes sure that you’re mentally as well as physically prepared and ready to go on the programme.
The tips and advice he has gave me has not only helped me on a daily basis but has also helped me prepare for the future.
Would recommend him to anyone.

This has been one of the decisions I could make in the past few years when it comes to my health and fitness. I’ve been training for about a year with Tristan and I have made some really good progress that I never thought was possible. He tailors programmes based on your goals and provides great nutritional advice to help outside of the gym too. Tristan personalises each plan and it’s great that he’s also flexible so we can switch it up depending on how I’m feeling like on the day. Highly recommend for anyone looking to improve their health and fitness!
